Filburn。Roscoe Filburn是一个老实巴交的农民，1940年他因为多收了三五斗被联邦
政府罚款（大萧条时期政府限制播种担心丰收压低粮价），Filburn大喊冤枉说自家种
的谷物都是自家用，又不在市场出售和政府何干？他一怒之下把农业部长Claude
Wickard告上法庭。
这个官司居然最后一直打到最高法院，1942年最高法院九名法官全票判该农民败诉，原
因是：如果你不种那么多小麦你就得去市场上买小麦吃。你的不作为也是影响了市场，

An easy way is to add gluten into the whole wheat flour.
I use about 2 tablespoon gluten in 20 oz flour.
My recipe:
0.2 oz yeast
20 oz whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon gluten
(optinal) granulated sugar
(optinal) salt
1 egg
(optinal) powdered milk
13.5 oz water (more or less depending on flour brand).
That is all the ingredient I use. 1.5 h in bread machine using "dough" cycle.
Take out, knead down and shape into a load pan.

， 但这不等于， cake flour就是wheat + corn starch (麦+玉米）的混合物， 即使
这个混合物的蛋白质含量是8%。
你说的也没错， cake flour, all purpose flour还有bread flour的区别只是蛋白质
含量的不同， 但是这三种都是100%的wheat做的， 不是wheat + corn starch的混合物

Bottom line, Dow cash has trouble breathing above 12,400. I continue to be

without using as much foreign exchange reserves. This is called speculation
and when dollar strengthens, the result can be very nasty. This is like you
are buying forward contract for wheat and selling wheat now. If wheat prices
