那么多不认识的单词，谁知道哪种好喝，哪种劲儿大呢？我一般都是别人要什么我就要
什么。
什么IPA, stout, amber, pale ale, pale lager, porter, 这些好像是大类？还分sco
ttish, belgian, english, german等不同口味的。。
总不能每次都要budlight、miller lite吧！会被人嘲笑死。。
大家能不能推荐几种比较好喝、度数较低、又比较有品位的啤酒？最好是符合我们中国
人胃口的。这样我以后每次都要那个就行了。

和ale，要是只会点light和lite的确会被人笑

发帖数: 17771 | 6 美国啤酒种类是很多，经常一个ale house自己就随便酿10几种啤酒。你要是不很挑特
殊口味，上blue moon吧，算是Belgian类型，度数不太高，3.x度酒精度。比较符合国
人口味。
有的ale度数可以很高，俺喝过最高酒精度的是加州圣地亚哥一个当地比较有名的ale
house自己的一种，16度酒精度！所以要看清楚。

发帖数: 2088 | 10 I don't know too much about beer. But the 度数 is usually depend on the beer
itself. You can have same style beers but they all have different 度数.
Usually, when there is "light" or "lite" behind it indicates it is low in 度
数 and also low in Carbs
All the beers you listed are styles meaning they are brewed in certain way
but it doesnt means they have the same hops, grains. So you can have same
company making 10 or 20 IPAs but they are all tasted differently.
The following are from my experiences only, may not be true, and not
conclusive.
Pale Ale, IPA or double IPA are brewed with a lot of hops, meaning it is
very bitter. It is very hard to balance the taste. and usually expansive
because of the extra hops and other flavors added in to try to balance the
bitterness. If it is IPA, it is $5+ at a bar. Likely to be around $10 per
glass or bottle. In general, they are stronger, usually at least 7%+. A lot
of people hate it, and a lot of people love it.
Belgian is usually light in color and well balanced. These beers maybe the
most popular in the US. To me, they usually taste a little fruity and
sometimes even a little sour. Cost at bar can vary from $5-10ish. Alcohol
level can be from 3-4% to 12,13%.
Lager and amber taste quite similar to me. They are popular and usually
cheaper. Most are less than $5ish, from 2%-6,7%. Winter lager on the other
hand is stronger and darker.
Forgot to mention wheat beer, like blue moon. Cheap and easy to drink. I
dont like wheat beer very much but on a hot summer day a cold blue moon plus
a slice of orange in it may just be the best cold beer.
English, I dont know too much about. They maybe served at room temparture
instread of cold.
German beer seems darker to me. I dont usually like german beer because of
the darkness and the wierd flavors.
Last but not the least is sour beer which is my favorite. It is actually "
bad" beer. They taste sour and almost like a wine instead of beer, but they
are indeed a beer. Sour beer are usually aged in barrels, could be a burbon
barrel, whiskey or cabernet barrels. There is no additional yeast used. It
relies on the live yeast live at the brewery to infect the beer. Therefore,
you dont find too many sour beers in the market and they are usually super
expansive.
So, if you want to try a "traditional" beer I will go for Larer, Amber,
Belgan. If you want to try an expansive one, you can for sure go for IPA,
Belgan, double IPA. If you like hoppy, you will want to try double IPA for
sure. If you want try a sour beer, go to your local beer store instead of
bar. Because not a lot bars carry sour beer and if they do you are very
likely paying for $25+ for a bottle since they probably cost you $16ish at a
beer outlet
Beer is not cheap in the US, at least not a good beer. I will suggest you to
start with seasonal brews.
Once you got into it, you may want to figure out what type of beer glass to
use for different style beer. It shocked me when I found out how many stupid
beer glasses are out there and that they actually can make your beer
drinking more pleasant.

技，很容易做的，最好喝的是生啤，yeast没被杀死的那种。如果你有幸去啤酒厂喝头
道麦汁，那是非常的可口，是发酵之前的麦芽汁液的味道。

Bourbon barrel ale and stout are both great. If I drink them every day I
doubt that I'd be tire of it soon!

里有什么wheat beer。wheat beer一般偏甜。Lager有的也不错，青岛应该算lager，比
较清淡。我觉得点的时候按大类不错，这样就比较有目标。有些人喜欢按brewery点。
