全麦面包你得看label & ingredients：必须是"100% whole wheat"，ingredients必须
没有普通的wheat flour，必须没有HFCS之类的添加剂，同时糖的含量不能多。
另外还有100% rye bread（Trader Joe's有卖的），Sprouted wheat/grain bread（
Wholefood's有卖的），都挺健康的。 |

你个人分析，觉得什么是他的病因， 应该怎么治，日常护理应该注意什么。
如果不妨碍的话，能不能简单说一下你的credential, 比如说，
你是不是就是学医的，而且本身就是VET或是至少有很多这方面的经验。先行谢过了。
我的大宝以前也时不时地吐，有段时间还严重拉稀便血。医生先前还怀疑是IBD，说需要手术确诊。幸好换了食物后发现是原来对corn/wheat gluten 之类过敏。现在大宝有时抢吃二宝的吹吹（里头有很多corn/wheat gluten 之类，没办法二宝就馋那个，高级点的吹吹，二宝都不吃。三宝倒是什么都吃），然后一周内就会吐一两回。 所以我喂二宝的吹吹都要看着不让大宝吃。给大宝都是吃Halo chicken breast之类吹吹.每两三周还种些新猫草。如果大宝不吃进任何含

Fresh Market买的。Whole Foods应该也有。
wheat grass营养价值很高，whole foods里还有成包的新鲜wheat grass卖呢，当然就
要贵很多。。麦草嫩的时候直接空口嚼也可以，甜甜的。不过毕竟纤维比较多，一般都
用来榨汁，单独当shots喝或者搀在果汁里都可以。
Amazon prime上有一些juicer，有价格平易近人的也有比较贵的，还没想好买哪个。。

政府的公权力能有多逆天？经典案例Wickard v. Filburn
话说很多美国政府干过的事情中国政府想都不敢想，比如说著名的案例Wickard v.
Filburn。Roscoe Filburn是一个老实巴交的农民，1940年他因为多收了三五斗被联邦
政府罚款（大萧条时期政府限制播种担心丰收压低粮价），Filburn大喊冤枉说自家种
的谷物都是自家用，又不在市场出售和政府何干？他一怒之下把农业部长Claude
Wickard告上法庭。
这个官司居然最后一直打到最高法院，1942年最高法院九名法官全票判该农民败诉，原
因是：如果你不种那么多小麦你就得去市场上买小麦吃。你的不作为也是影响了市场，
政府当然有权管你。这么牵强的判决一直到九十年代United States v. Lopez一案才被
推翻。

更大。按照路透的数据，今年大豆涨幅累计达36%，豆粕58%，小麦36%。如果和入世前
，也就是2001年底的价格相比，现在比那时候普遍上涨了300%左右。而中国的大宗粮食
进口也在入世后大幅提高，而出口大幅降低。
国内当权派现在是在逐步放弃粮食自给自足的政策。按照现在的进口趋势来推算，到
2015年，中国每年进口粮食（大豆玉米小麦）的数量可能接近1亿吨（大豆6800万吨，
玉米2800万吨，小麦300万吨）。也就是说，即使别人不卡你，只要通过期货市场炒作
一下价格，中国每年就会因此多支出数十亿甚至数百亿美元。这其实跟明抢没有什么区

要证明你的论点，最好是给出权威的统计数据。比如说美国每年小麦，玉米（90%以上
GMO)和土豆的产量是多少。每年美国国内消费各有多少。各有多少是加工成了人的主粮
，有多少加工成了动物饲料。
据我所知每年美国国内消费的转基因玉米大部分都是作为鸡
猪牛的饲料。也就是说转基因作物是鸡，猪，牛的主粮不是人的主粮。请把人和家畜家

there must be GMO wheat on the market. Because in the grocery store, some
flour were marked as Non-GMO. If there aren't any GMO wheat in US, then all
flour vendor would have their product marked as NON-GMO. Because the Non-
GMO version cost at least $1 more per bag. No reason any vendor would give
that up. |
