I am a mother of two kids. I have gained around 14 pounds after I had kids (
in 6 years).
I decided to lose some weight. Started from last monday (Jan 3). I bought a
eatSmart scale and it shows 141lb.
What I ate:
morning: I will drink a cup of water at home. Then I go to work. I will
prepare a cup of oatmeal at work (about 120-150cal). I will eat an apple in
the morning. Since I delayed the breakfast until I get to the work, I do not
feel hungry at all

breakfast: 5 crackers, 1oz cheese, 1/2 grapefruit (200)
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/3 cup barley, mixed vegies(250)
Snack: 1 banana (100)
Dinner: 2 tortilla chips, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of carrots,1/2 cup of tuna in oil, 2 oz chicken,1/4 cup of ice cream,1/3 banana (350)
Exercise:郑多燕健身操 30 mins + pilates 1 hour
Total:900*1.2= 1080
这几天是在三日减肥餐上加减的,免得自己不知道量。最近稍微研究了一下健康饮食。

回家上班了。补上周度假的日记

Drink a lot of green tea and water a day.

先贴个饮食吧,肯定有什么地方可以改进,尽量优化
早饭1 piece of toasted Ezekiel 4:9 100% organic freshly sprouted whole grain
bread, 80 calories. It tastes dense and hearty, 挺管饱一直到中午。中饭米饭
,a few small pieces of smoked Alaskan salmon, 番茄豆腐虾仁, 几块拌豆干,
miso soup. 下午snack 1 small piece of homemade chocolate brownie, 普洱茶。晚
上去Costco吃了3种sample包括corn dog, 1 piece toasted Ezekiel 100% whole
grain bread.
早饭薏米红豆粥,刚在华人学的保养达人优优推荐。好喝,但是不管饱一会儿就饿了,
哈哈。中午米饭,roasted wild alaskan salmon,small pieces of scrambled eggs,

也很好
还有很多很多。。。这几个是今天能想到的。。。
你们都去试试看嘛,我觉得还蛮清淡爽口的

1 - 酸奶要吃plain的,自己可以加水果调味。那些果味酸奶里面有很多糖,不要吃。
2 - 面包要吃whole wheat的,其中的关键词是whole,光是wheat bread指的还是白面
做的面包,是精细碳水,不要吃。
3 - 鸡肉要吃鸡胸,一定要去掉皮。腿啊翅膀啊,脂肪都不少,不要吃。
4 - 冷冻或罐头水果可能会被加了糖,买的时候要注意看标签,成份表除了水果和水以
外不能有其他东西。
5 - 罐头蔬菜加了很多盐,要买无盐的(no salt added),或者买冷冻蔬菜或新鲜蔬
菜。
6 - 花生酱里面不少是有糖或其他添加剂的,要看清标签,成份表应该只有花生,或者
花生和盐。
7 - 果汁不如水果好,没有纤维素以后容易饿,热量也不少,还容易喝多了,很多果汁
里面还有添加剂,不要喝果汁,非喝不可的话就喝鲜榨果汁。

一般behave的时候:
bagel with 1 tbsp cream cheese
Lox and cream cheese bagel
almond milk & cereal
whole wheat turkey ham sandwich
不behave的时候:
bagel with egg&cheese&bacon
泡菜包子、肉包子、素包子、玉米面馒头、花卷、煎饺、玉米、葱油饼

一个特定品牌的, GI 51。
你选择性的引用后者,隐藏前者来反驳我的观点。没有学术道德啊。

至于chocolate bar, 我承认原帖不够严谨。容易被自己张口胡说可以,对人却吹毛求

全麦面包问题讨论过很多次了,总结一下:
1 - 碳水吃多了总是不利于减肥的,全麦也是碳水,如果不是不吃米面就要死的节奏,
不必吃全麦
2 - 相对白米白面,全麦要强点,也就是跟白米白面比而已
3 - 市场上大部分的whole wheat里面都是有白面粉的,如果要买全麦,一定需要100%
whole wheat的标签,没有100%字样的,大部分都是有白面粉的
