男,6‘1“, 现在体重217lbs,希望在年底之前减到195(第一步目标),明年第一季
减到180lbs。
平时运动比较多,强度也可以,但是毕竟喜欢米饭,肉和冰激凌,最重要的大概是控制饮食。
每星期会来汇报一下情况。

来了个和我一样喜欢米饭的。呵呵呵。

June 15:
Breakfast: none
Lunch: 2 slices of whole grain bread + 2 slices of provolon cheese
4pm: 1 slice of whole grain bread + musterd mayo dressing + 2 slices of
turkey breast
dinner: 6 wonton + soup, 1/2 large plate of beef rice noodles (bad choice,
but had been really busy lately, been having a lot of take out food)
Worked till 3 am and had one piece of cookie
Weight: 219.2 lbs
The past days have been abnormal, work has been really busy and had less
than 4 hours sleep everyday. No time to wo

June 16:
Breakfast: a bowl of porridge, one egg sunny side up
lunch: was bad during lunch, I went out to my favorite Sichuan restaurant
and did not do portion control. :(
Dinner: two small bowls of porridge, water cress, egg + mushroom
A handful of pistachio
weight 217
Finally had a night of sleep that was longer than 4 hours, feeling better
but still sleepy this morning

I know. But I had to work till 5:30 am that night, and got up at 9 to go to
work. Really did not feel like eating breakfast. Hopefully it will improve.

No weigh in this morning
Breakfast: 1 bowl of porridge, 2 slide of scallion pancake, 1 egg
11 am: 1 ear of corn
Lunch: 1/2 bowl of rice + leftover take out chicken
dinner: had a formal dinner, 1 glass of wine, 1 salad, 1 filet mignon, 1
mini-cheesecake (dinner was way too much)
at 1:30 am: had more sliced beef
I know I have been bad the first a few days, will try to be better..

Forgot to add:
Started with exercise yesterday after being able to sleep for 8 hours the
night before.
15 minutes treadmill, 12 min eplitical,
a few reps of upper body weight training.

Weight: 216.6 (finally showing a little move downwards)
Breakfast: one bowl of porridge (mixed grain) + 1/4 of steamed bun (no more
eggs at home), 2 slice of beef
Lunch: a big plate of salad, a very small slice of calzone
3:30 pm: 1/3 lbs of carrots, 1 apple
Dinner: regular family dinner, spicy tofu, garlic sprout, 1 bowl of rice
9 pm: 1 cup of water melon
exercise: 25 minutes of interval training on treadmill (tiring)
leg extention (2), leg curl (2), calf raise (2), leg press (2)

六月十九日
体重:215.8lbs
早上起的比较晚,大概十一点。早饭中饭一起吃的,半碗米饭,排骨,青菜。
下午打了六个半小时的羽毛球,累惨了。中间吃了一个小面包,两瓶gaterade。
晚饭吃了一碗西红柿鸡蛋汤面。喝了很多水。

You are absolutely right about that.
Though I have some issues. I eat breakfast and dinner with the family, so it
is hard to get something special. Also, I have been on a diet + exercise
weight loss before, and I lost a lot of weight. But that time, I gained it
back very fast and added more.
I am thinking that I might be able to lose weight using a not too strict
diet regime, I might be able to keep it off. What do you think?

eat with family 应该是个plus啊。你LD不是很喜欢吃蔬菜。好像是你喜欢吃

I think you are taking things out of context.
It was a response to "cleaning up the diet". Eating with family means you
eat what you are served. We are talking about different things here.

Well guess I did not really start in June. Have been serious about it since
december, down to 212 lbs. New target is 1 - 2 lbs a week.
