Had a major surgery last Sept. and significantly changed my life.
Didn't exercise since the surgery and didn't watch out my diet.

我劝mm别减了
去年看了mm的减肥日记,天天吃爆,天天没办法运动,既然如此,何必立决心呢?码字
又减不了半磅肉。。。你家里有宝宝,有保姆做饭,所以你无法控制饮食,工作又忙,
没有时间运动,现在刚做了手术身体不好,更加不上运动量。。。我都理解啊,所以建
议mm别减了。。。这么多困难,神仙也减不下来,对吧?
人啊,要知道自己的limit,学会accept自己,学会不贪心不羡慕,这样才容易感到幸
福。好高骛远,订了计划又做不到,还得辛苦给自己找理由,多累啊!

MM恢复好了吗?这个要好好照顾自己,减肥不用急。用适合自己的方式慢慢来,身体健
康最重要。俺三年前一次手术(严重并发症)之后长到了170磅(当时也没有觉得怎么
样,因为小命保住了:)慢慢也减下来了,慢是慢了一些:) 呵呵。

我三年前也作了一个大手术,手术后一个月瘦了十磅。因为动不了,食欲就不强,肌肉估计都
掉了。后来好了,加上运动,就胖回来了。

relatively healthy food) - 600
Dinner: 4 pieces of roasted duck + 2 rice crisps + veggies + mushroom + fish
meat + several sesame cookies - 800
Total: 1650
Exercise: played with kids in play ground for ~ 1 hour
Plus: start watching my diet and start more exercise with kids
Delta: still need to cut those cookies. could eat fruits or yogurt instead.

Dinner: breads + one bite of lobster + 1 slice of lobster pizza + some ice-

Exercise: walked inside the mall (raining outside)
Plus: gave away the seafood gumbo I ordered as I remembered I ate the
icecream in the afternoon.
Delta: too much breakfast. kids didn't like the ice-cream I ordered in the
mall so I finished it. Could just throw it away.

some people enjoy thinking that they are always right. they don't even
believe that people could have different life stylies with totally different
priorities, values and principles.

Dinner: tofu + veggie + mushroom + peanuts - 400

Exercise: 1 hour at playground with kids
Plus: exercised. managed to have a healthy dinner
Delta: could plan better on my lunch. I brought a simple lunch but switched to restaurant to have lunch with families.

最关键的是在这个过程中知道哪些食物是健康的,

夏天说近很近,说远其实还有几个月呢吧。
我自己没有孩子,所以饮食上不能特别理解到你们有孩子的。
今天我听了一个podcast推荐几个blogs,其中有一个blog是讲单亲妈妈带几个孩子,同
时仍然锻炼的blog.说不定你也可以search一下有孩子,有工作的妈妈的blogs,看看她
们怎么慢慢养成好的生活习惯的。她们当然不可能和你情况一样,但说不定有可以借鉴
的主意。

writing down "shouldn't eat sunflower seeds" does not help you losing 1 oz
weight. what is the priority / value / principle here? sure, you have a
different life style, which explains why you are fat and why you keep coming
back to this board and failing your goals. are you proud of this life style
and plan to keep it? have you ever lived a day with no "delta"? -- this is
the third diary I read from you, my observation is "NO".

的确没有人是永远正确的,这句话,也得用在你自己身上啊。。。,
以前所有不说,就说这次,到底是她对,还是你对呢?
静下心来想一想,本来可以一切都很好的,可是为了瓜子,面条,曲奇一下子破功。。。
也不是说吃个200-300卡解馋,一吃吃600多,900多
这正常么? 这对么?/////就算不减肥,也算暴饮暴食啊

想起我老公了,这个猪头每天早晨7点钟起床,但是他吧,非把那个

我是属于那种必须定到7点,然后一跃而起的类型。
所以mm要理解每个个体的心理感觉是不一样的。虽然都是7点钟起床,但是

wow, 紫苏好厉害。 其实减了又减, 减了又肥, 剪了再减的人挺多的。 网上好多人
都说这是最后一次减肥, 这一次我要怎么怎么的。 再不瘦就砸的咋的。 赫赫。 一般
这样的人都减不下来。
减肥就别给自己找理由, 管住嘴 肯定能瘦下来, 就这么简单。

两码事:你LG那叫知道自己的LIMIT,所以采取了对策,就是比实际需要的起床时间早
定一个小时的闹钟,没啥好BS的。LZ知道自己的LIMIT,天天DELTA这个LIMIT,但是没
有任何对策。我不是第一页就劝她别减肥了吗?接受自己,胖呼呼的挺好嘛~

我觉得LZ其实不胖, 起码自己没觉得特别需要减肥。
决心往往影响行动力。
其实呢,有时候能维持体重也是一种成绩, 起码还care。
我自己就是个例子, 去年9-10月, 真觉得不减不行了, 下个狠心减。
现在减了20多磅,5-6年前的衣服都穿上了。 尽管还有10磅要减, 可决心小了, 效果
就不好。

不好的地方是糖瘾太大了, 即便吃了800-1000, 还得吃点甜的。
糖瘾大, 自己忍的辛苦, 减肥效果也没不好。
戒瘾需要的决心也要大, 很多人觉得不fan点啥,生活没乐趣。

lz的早饭不错啊
感觉lz是不是很喜欢吃主食类的东西?我看每天早上都是sweet potato不说,午饭和晚
饭也有很多,有时候是同时吃noodle+potato或者noodle+dumpling之类的。我知道有些
人习惯吃很多主食,要不要考虑分餐?比如如果中午已经吃了面条,那就把sweet
potato放到下午做点心之类的。
感觉你比之前一段时间吃的多了。不过你都不写具体吃了什么和量,可能热量也不是很
精确。
Anyway,每个人目标和生活方式不同,看得出来lz是很坚持自己想法的人,我也就不多
说什么了。

Had a vacation in China in June. Came back USA last week. Time to start.
Both kids are in China now for summer. I have more flexibility and time to
exercise and control my diet now. :-)

楼主是在做每天的饮食记录日记而不是在减肥吧。
虽然说减肥方法百花齐放,result是王道。但这种吃法(内容+量)能减下去绝对是奇
葩了。
anyway,没有其它意思,楼主继续。我也很感兴趣你的结果。

lz每天吃这么多不知道在减神吗肥。。 是增肥吧。 别人说句实在话又听不进去,再什
么life style difference, 卡路里实打实的摆在那儿,好像你特别unique, 你再怎么

你看看这里别的MM的减肥成果,也就是两三个月的事情。怎么你就做不到呢?都这么多
次了。每天都给自己找借口,每次都半途而废。我说"胖呼呼的也很好",真的没有讽
刺的意思。要么你就安心的胖着,要么你就狠心的减下来,老这么折腾是个什么意思呢

In March, I alraedy planned to focus on weight loss this summer because both
kids would be in China and no nanny at home to cook.
Now I just finished my 3.5 weeks' vacation in China and came back USA for
one week and already lost two pounds. Your gals are way more aggressive than
my boss.
My current clothes size: S for shirt, size 6 for pants. I want to loss 10
pounds and get back to my weight before that major surgery last Sept.

看到这里我纳闷了,貌似LZ做这些的指导精神是“身体健康最重要”,但又貌似LZ把身
体健康和吃饱吃好等同起来了吧?少吃点,吃高蛋白而非高脂肪的东西,身体瘦点更

没关系的,中午和晚上尽量控制,早上把一天的carb都吃光了,下面两顿尽量吃鸡和鱼

最近控制得不错,赞一个!以后的教训是,即使很饿很饿了,也不要放任自己瞎吃,饿

是啊,楼主,试试先把chips减掉。
偶原来还喜欢喝coke,一天4-5罐,那个东西和chips一样也是超强催肥剂。
现在每次偶想要喝coke的时候就想一想,为这罐,偶要多跑3 mile,值不值的?楼主,
你要不也吃的时候,想一想这个问题。

这贴太有意思了。 看起来楼主和我一样是追求饱足感的人,而且食欲旺盛,嗜甜。
建议mm可以选择低卡的甜品,比如说象jello的50卡巧克力布丁,低糖的icecream和冰
棒,还有别人吃面条的时候你可以用蒟篛面(20-40卡)或者豆腐面(20-40卡)条代
替,面包也可以找lowcarb的。想喝甜饮料的时候,就拿sparkly water掺着喝。
有时候低糖的东西味道很假,我的对策是加入绿茶粉,或者是低卡的水果(草莓蓝莓之
类的),这样一来就吃不出来古怪的甜味了。
总之一句话,就是拿低卡的东西把自己灌饱。这个方法,帮助我半年减了25lb。祝你早
日战胜自己~加油

My caloric intake is much less than yours, and I workout more (insanity
everyday). Haven't lost a single pound for over 2-3 weeks already. Maybe I

looked over your log, I really feel you need to put little more effort into
exercise. All I saw is "exhausted" and "skipped" exercise. You might lose
weight by controlling your diet but you won't get physically fit by dieting
alone. The reason you always feel "exhausted" might have something to do
with the lack of physical activities.
p.s. I don't consider "walking around the community" adequate, which you don
't seem to do enough anyway.

其实LZ有掉肉,从7月的130掉到现在的124,每个月掉3磅,这成绩也不算坏啊!
我觉得LZ这样的例子也蛮励志的,充分说明了管住嘴迈开腿二者只要做到一样,就能减
下来。
