Goal: 1200/30, no after-dinner snack
11/7/2011
Breakfast: 2 pieces of bread + 1 boiled egg + 1 banana - 350
Lunch: 2 candies + 1 cup of rice + beans + fish + veggies - 600
Dinner: 1 cup of rice + 1 cup of tofu + 1 cup of chicken meat + 1 cup of beans + sweets - 500
Total: 1450 (250 over the daily limit)
Exercise: no

U r right. I'm trying to establish a healthy 生活习惯. With 2 kids, I have a
lot of snacks at home.

俺脚着mm需要调整计划
前几个月默默跟踪了mm的减肥日记,几乎天天吃的超标,几乎天天运动不达标,既然计
划80-90%不能实现,为什么不定一个更可行的计划呢?老是不能完成计划,计划还有什
么意义呢?恐怕自己心里也觉得完成不了计划是没有什么大不了的事情吧!还不如定个
现实点的计划,比如每天热量在1350以下,隔天运动30分钟,然后努力完成计划,这样
对增强信心和自我监督都有好处。
计划之所以是计划,是因为你要really work towards it,不然就是空洞的口号

嗯,人家刚做完手术不能要求太高啦
而且其实有人仅仅戒掉零食就能减肥的,因为是之前吃太多才长胖的。恢复正常饮食就
会回到正常体重了。。。

我就是觉得早上吃面包+煮鸡蛋,好干哦。要不换点牛奶进来呢?

sometimes I set up those goals as a constrain so that I won't break the
boundary too much.
Those goals could be more realistic considering 2 kids, 1 full-time job, and
1 not-much-helping busband.

I drink tea. :-) I don't like milk.
I brought those to office and drink tea with them while starting up my
laptop. :-)

Plan to watch out and write down what I eat now, so that I won't over eat
for another month.
I'm already back to office full time and need to catch up ASAP...

这就是为什么我说需要调整计划
如果我把今年的目标定在收入100万,这个目标对我没有任何激励作用,如果定得低一
点更现实一点,我更有动力往上跳一跳,争取达标

不一样, 有的人计划完成70%就很有成就感, 有的人破一下, 就破罐破摔溃不成军。

人跟人不一样吧!我要是80-90%的时间做不到计划中的事情,就会非常沮丧。我订计划
的目的就是按时完成它,这样才有成就感!

I normally like to set up a quite challenged goal to push myself. If it's
something that I know it's achievable, I may not be so excited to try to get
it.
For a challenged goal, I could get 70% of it done.
For an achievable goal, I still can only get 70% of it done.

didn't record my diet and exercise in the weekend. will definitely do that
next weekend.
have a week-long training next week with free breakfast, lunch, morning
snack and afternoon snack...
need to remind myself...

Yes. I'm size 6 now. but want to be size 2 something with muscle tuning ...
Still a long way to go.
Whenever I write down the diet and the exercise, I have better control ...
Not necessarily good control but definitely better than none.

You didn't say anyting wrong or evil but you are quite judgemental. You are
whom you are and I'm whom I'm, that is, I can care less on what you said and
I don't need to prove anything for you.
I have a bunch of things on my to-do list and sometimes lossing weight doesn
't get the highest priority.

Definitely need to jump start now...
Didn't watch and write down my diet during the Thanksgiving holiday but did
exercise about 3 times per week.
But that's not enough.
