since moving to US in 2005, the weight is going up year after year without a
break. Now i am 150lb! During the years, I have tried to exercise, but
never take it very seriously. I am not a strong will person, so always
finds various excuses to pause the exercises and give myself treats of yammy
food. This time, I hope I can see some body shape change or weight change
to have some self motivation.
Well, I am going back to gym since last Thursday, Nov 1 and packing my lunch
fruit, veggie and fat free ham with two slices of bread (thinking this is
not heavy comparing to cafeteria food (i like to order heavy food, like
hamburger, chips, various meals or creamy soup). If i don't go to cafeteria,
i don't see so many food temptations!
So far, no weight loss but gained another 4 pounds (cry......). However, for
this time, I will continue. I will post my diary here to tell myself keep
going.....

Nov 10 - i am not good at running, can only run at 5.5 for about two minutes
, then will be out of breath. I remember in middle school, 800 meters
testing is such a pain for me. every year will fail it for the first try
and can't pass at the second try either, but after begging the teach for a
couple of times, he will let me go....:-)
Now back to my topic, exercised 40 minutes - about half run, half walk,
grocery shopping 40 minutes and yard work half an hour. skipped lunch, and
sweet potato and corn porridge with chinese dishes for dinner, morning bread
and ham, milk.
Nov 11 - walked at 3.4 mph for 40 minutes, yard work 1 hour; corn porridge
for breakfast and dinner, apple and yogurt for lunch.a cup of milk after
dinner.
Nov 12 - tomorrow, will attend cardio class for 45 minutes, porridge and
sweet potato for breakfast and dinner with chinese dishes, carrot and
cucumber, orange for lunch, maybe a snack bar if hungry in between the meals
. a cup of milk after dinner.
Please, my dear buddies, if you see any problem with my plan, let me know.
i have never so serious about weight loss.

Just on diet for two weeks, from yesterday felt stomach ache in the
afternoon. i guess my stomachae is used to meat. Wuwu, should i stop? I
don't want to be sick.
