多一个缓冲, 脚跟着地就是直接冲击膝盖。。
就是对脚弓, 跟腱, 小腿要求比较高。。
10k什么的.100m当然没问题.是不是没救了 :(

prevent injuries.

脚跟着地的同学也不需要一下子改过来,先练习加大步频,避免overstride吧。

while ago. But, I did not read it through from the beginning back then. Now
I read it carefully. I think the author brings up a couple of good points
that are beneficial:
1. Foot landing location might be a more important issue.
2. The ideal landing position might be speed related. Fore-foot or mid-foot
might be natural for fast pace while heel landing might be a better choice
for slow pace.
3. Whatever landing position or form you decide to change to, change it
slowly.
On point 2, I can actually offer a little bit of my personal experience.
First, I am a mid-foot maybe even fore-foot striker. In my limited number of
runs (23 so far over the past half year), I noticed that my legs mainly
calves were often felt sorer and got tight sooner if I run a slow pace (
between 8:00 and 8:30/mile). While on a faster pace (around 7:30/mile), I
don't feel as much soreness. This has been puzzling for me for while. The
explanation I can think of is that in a slow pace, my stride is relatively
smaller. With fore-foot or mid-foot strike, all the stress is on calves. At
a higher pace, I tend to increase my stride length. With a bigger stride,
you started to utilize your hamstring to share some of the stress even if
you are a fore- or mid- foot striker.
Without a definite answer from science, this is where the art of training
comes it. Hehe, enjoy the fun!

parts, then you can probably confirm that
you are a heel striker, hehe
