forefoot striker, he may still have AT problems but definitely wouldn't have
injured his knee.

marathon. He said that heel strike was more efficient for him (over the
longer distance).

terrain in Ethiopia. He came into this race with an inflamed knee and had
fluid drained from his knee yesterday.

办方组织一个huge pacemaker team围着他转，然后有专人把饮料送到手里……貌似缺
一个条件，老兄准退赛。以前是哮喘，这次又是膝盖积水，不知道以后还会有啥借口。
纽约和伦敦一样，不是他的菜……现在4分多都不算啥了，早点让位吧 |

maybe midfoot strike is the way to go...

发帖数: 4931 | 10 come on, he had beaten three of the fastest 9 men in the marathon. You can't say he didn't race tough competitors.
There is no doubt though that Wanjiru is currently the king of the marathon.

veteran responded "I can't, Gebre, you have to go on". He paid his respects
to the world record holder after the race, saying "Haile is a good guy, he
is king. I have learned so many things from him".[
