Dinner, half bowl of rice, with meat/egg and some pepper/tofu. --500K
Drink a cup of sweet tea (from Ranch 99) 100K.
Exercise: 32-minnte walk for 2.2 Mile after dinner and two 15-minute walk
during the day.
The weight this morning at 1/5: 144Lb (可能就是点浮动的误差)。

Breakfast: nuts and one/two bite of bread (my son's leftover)
Lunch: Company provides the lunch, Mexican food, don't know how to describe
them, some very healthy (like fresh avocado), some not, like some fried
stuff with meat.
Dinner: a few bites of rice, chicken, cucumber and egg. Even ate one bite
from my son's 奶黄包。
Snack: 两个山楂饼,不过看热量,竟然每个有40-50C。 and two small oranges
Exercise: 2 15-minute light walk during the day.
Weight this morning at 1/11: 142Lb.
I will be happy just to keep this weight for this week. Hope I can see 140lb
at least once on scale by the end of Jan.

周六快走了2.2M, 在TRAIL上,40分钟。周日在TREADMILL上走了2MILE, 半个小时。
生完病,发现家里的秤竟然坏了。所以昨天有了新的才开始量。不知道是不是因为不同
的秤的原因,这个新秤今天早上量的是136.6LB。
这可是我八九年来的最低体重了。很久没有下137了。很HAPPY。

昨天没量,今天变成了140.6LB了,两天多了4LB。。
昨天和星期一各light walk 了30 分钟,没有别的活动了。吃的有点多,主要是公司提
供午饭。

2/15: 中午吃了两块COOKIE,过去了,晚上正常晚饭。

早上是吃了半个BREAD SLICE, 儿子剩下的,一块COOKIE
中午卖了LUCKY的 CHEESE/BACON/LETTUCE WRAP.
晚上正常少量晚饭。吃了十几个小虾。
SNACK: 吃了些开心果。
