Now it's time to get back to 减脂塑身 routine. Weight in today: 127.6#
Start with the diet yesterday - 7/11
Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat bread - 150
Lunch: 1 cup of rice + 1/2 cup of stir-fried veggies + 1 cup of stir-fried
chicken wings - 600
dinner: 1 bread + 1 cup of stir-fried bean sprouts + several slices of
roasted beef + 1 cup of stir-fried locus root + pork slice + 5 candies - 800
Total: 1550
Exercise : not really
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (OK. but did eat the candy after the dinner)
1200 (bad. didn't water my diet)

Late night snack - sunflower seeds - 600

Exercise : not really. tired outside
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (ugly. hopefully no more late-night snacking for long
time)

Didn't eat many peanuts and grapes. Did eat a lot cookies. Very stressful

看见mm那边的留言了,过来提点建议:
mm的主食挺多的,所以更要戒甜点,包括cookie,brownie等,不然碳
水太多热量太高。可以尝试把某顿饭里面的米饭用无佐料的水煮西兰花或水煮白花菜代
替,它们塞肚子的能力很不错。有个帖子里提到的魔芋面条,也很能塞肚子。
蔬菜,能生吃的生吃,生蔬菜水分多,更能填肚子。不习惯的话尽量用蒸煮,少用炒,
因为炒菜要加油,每1 tablespoon橄榄油是120卡,换一下烹调方式能
省下不少卡路里
多吃点鱼和鸡,鱼肉尽量吃白色脂肪低的鱼,鸡肉尽量吃鸡胸,即使牛肉也比猪肉脂肪
少蛋白质高(意味着经饿),烹饪方式还是用蒸或烤更好

dinner: party time, 2 ribs + 2 cups of juice + 1 salmon + 1 slice of fish - 800
Total: 1400
Exercise : not really
Retrospect:
No late-night snacking (OK. quite full at night)
1200 (OK. 200 over daily limit but with a party)
运动45分 (bad. need to go back to my exercise routine)

mm 作为女主人,没有办法跟nanny谈谈做饭问题么?
其实很简单,比如原来是炒小白菜的,现在改成在开水里捞一下,然后撒佐料(比如姜
水和盐)拌拌,这样就没有油了
再比如让她多做清蒸鱼,少做红烧鱼
不能控制自己的饮食,就很难控制体重

:-) Ideally yes. But I'd rather her focus on the kids' food rather than mine
.
It's more about portion control as the home-made food is still much
healthier than take-outs. And she made pancake today for breakfast.
