training, got 23:15. After the 5K, I have been running regularly 5 days a
week starting from 25 mpw and gradually increased mileage to about 32 mpw
now, all MAF. Had my first 10K race in early June, 47:40. Kind of
disappointed due to no big improvement in two months, the course is very
hilly though.
Plan - keep the current schedule, 5 days a week, about 6 mpd on week days
and one 10-13 miles long run on weekend. Plan to register a HM in November,
and have another one 5K and 10K before HM. So I still have two months on my
weekly MAF run then follow the HM plan till November.
Goal - don't know exact my MAF pace since been running in the community with
a lot of slopes, which now I can do average 9:15 pace for 12 miles under my
MAF HR. Will test my MAF on track this or next week. My preliminary goal
is 1:38:00 (7:30
pace) but will adjust based on the 5K and 10K races before HM.
Appreciate any recommendations on if my goal is realistic and what kind of
plan I need to follow. Also really appreciate if someone can PM me a 8 week
or 12 week HM plan.

继续增加里程数就行了呀,每周增加的距离不要超过10%,加量两周后,减量休息一周。
当月跑量达到130迈,跑半马就没问题了。
楼主可以放眼全马了。 |

I don't need to follow a specific HM plan? I added a few MAF+15 tempo runs
before the 10K race but don't know if it helped or not. Personally I kind
of enjoy my current running schedule since I remember that I can't fully
recover in a day after the tempo/interval run.

你准备什么比赛?不同的比赛成绩要求也不一样,要是大夏天的半马,跑完就不错了。

w***n 发帖数: 9040 | 6 我去年就一直按照MAF跑的,不过个人感觉,有氧能力是有了,绝对速度上不去,没有
leg speed。
但是我的目光并不是近期的半马,而是之后继续上距离跑全马,速度虽然差点,但是之
后上20迈,比较轻松。

不过5k对anaerobic能力要求很高。。。我每次5k/10k老怀疑自己意识品质不够,跑到

所以比赛前要加入无氧/半无氧训练....不过主体还应该是有氧, 尤其是
训练斑马以上距离...

我准备放弃ap了
这个量太大,扛不住,而且我觉得我老没法push到maf, 每天都是recovery,效果太差
了

我去年整个夏天 100F天天都在玩Daniel's Red Plan啊,比较tough。现在觉得,可能
因为这个,提升了vo2max和lt,所以去年下半年我只要做做base building就好了
现在一看Daniels' running formula,心里就害怕
