查了查对手的战绩，也是第一次参加，小组赛一般,排playoff最后一名，但一到
playoff,连续三场暴扁对手进入决赛，看来是实实在在的sandbagger! warmup时候，先
在mini court,球又稳又重，显然至少是 USTA 4.0嘛。再看仔细，不得了了！原来对方

- 单反

，基本上没有发现什么弱点，可以左右开弓，又能slice又能上网，overhead又好.惨了

的情况下暴力，但明显对方的稳定性更好一点，许多时候都是暴力好几拍后，就是我的

serve wide or use forehand to setup a wide angle and rush to the
net. As long as the opponent doesn't hit a screaming running
forehand winner, Nadal almost always finish the volley point.
Murray had no solution for this as a counter-puncher (see Wimbledon
and WTF 2010).
Nadal also does drop shots followed by volley. He has very good
reflexes at the net.

when on the run.
In the first set she successfully moved Clijsters from side to side
and earned quite some points from forced errors. Game 3 and 4 were
crucial.
In the 2nd set she couldn't hit forehand closer to the side line,
most likely due to stamina. Once Clijsters is not out of position,
her forehand is fierce because she can hit on the rise.
The 3rd set was clearly in Clijsters's control and Li Na tried her
best.

view I can't judge NTRP level accurately.
It looks to me LZ is not an experienced veteran tennis player.
His physical ability is ahead of his touch.
Forehand has very good pace and the LZ is very used to use torso
to generate power. Left hand problem is not an issue here since
the purpose of left hand is to help turning the body, not to
make the form look better. LZ already turns the waist very well
without the left hand.

his arm/wrist by an angle.

。如果总被lob，说明你削球质量不行，或者上网时站位不好。比如偶跟某高手打，对
方总是chip and charge，偶总想lob之，但是成功率不超过5%，因为对方的削球又低又
深又转，偶很难打出高质量的lob，一般都是被对方overhead kill。
现在的另一种打法，就是强行拉上旋，豆子的打法。就是不管对方球多低，都用
reverse forehand硬拉上旋，有点象乒乓球里硬拉弧圈球。这种打法对步伐要求更高，
还要能用reverse forehand打出极高的拍头速度。不过杀伤力比cc更大，可以直接打
winner。
不管哪种打法，预判和步伐到位最重要。先跑到位setup好等着球，你想怎么打都行，
甚至可以假打然后放小球。跑不到，什么球的质量都上不去。 |

three service games, her forehand betrayed her at the moment, lisicki is

As always, it's not a black-white case. If he has a 2H forehand or the 1H
forehand form is already decent, go with what the coach says. Otherwise ,
the 26-in babolat would be a slightly better fit in my opinion. I'd echo

。 算weak5.0吧。they are trying, with occasional success, but miss timing
and footwork cause a lot of errors.
两个都是有过一点正规训练的， most likely high school team level. college
team are generally better than this.
Serve: both have distinct first serve and 2nd serve. slice serve(2ND serve)
is very consistent and with enough pace to prevent return winner. first
serve not enough pace, and not enough success rate. white guy is a little

stage, the raquet is not quiet essental then your from for tennis improving.
your backhand is way better than your forehand. The reason is probably
because you rely on more body to generate power and stay in balance.
Remember shoulder to chin while take back and shoulder to chin for
followthrough.This applies to both forehand and backhand.
Both hands hold the racket while turning.
