自从跟这个新教练学了3个星期(3次),上个月14号缠的两个拍子都被我打断线了,2
周前打断一根,今天打断另外一根。以前同样的线我能打一个月多点,现在只能打2个
星期。以前的线都是cross越打越细,最后才断的;现在这两根都是被磨了一点,但还
剩很多,就被打断了,断的地方都是在甜点区。
这个教练让我改正手引拍和击球,感觉有点怪,毕竟跟习惯不一样,但确实很powerful
,不用怎么用muscle球就能打的很深,而且还快。但我平时一跟人打,就不可能每拍都
那样打,虽然有意思的去做,也可能改进了一点,但基本还是回到以前自己习惯的引拍
和击球方式。看来这段时间得少跟人打,多跟我的发球机玩,把动作彻底改好,不过还
是挺难的,唉。。。

恭喜啊,看来你确实进步很大。男子暴力型的基本特点就是费线。form好了->力量变大
->球速变快->需要spin也跟着增加->线受摧残程度成倍增加,当然断的快。另外一个容
易被忽视的是,form好了后,UE成倍减少,回合球增加,单位时间内击球次数也成倍增
加,所以线也断的快。
偶以前说过,偶如果跟另一个暴力型对手对抽,非poly线超不过2小时,poly线(17L)
超不过20小时肯定断,都是甜点的main断。每次断时看所有线交叉点都被磨练很深的槽
。偶问CC,他也基本是这个状况。偶上次跟acc28对抽了10分钟线就断了,不过那把拍
子之前断断续续打过2星期。
你现在一定要坚持动作,不要管输赢。尽量多练球,少比赛。等动作稳定后再增加比赛。

The new form is basically the modern forehand, and you can watch the slow
motion of either Federer or Nadal's forehand. I watched those videos before
many times, but I did not realize the benefits of each details until the
coach pointed out to me.
Key elements:
1. Relax your hand and arm.
2. Hold the racquet on the right side longer (I used to bring the racquet
back too quick so that I was waiting for the ball before I swing forward.
This causes decrease in the racquet head speed). This also means slow in
the early preparation, so that you can be faster when swing forward.
3. The relative position between the ball, your left and right arms, and the
racquet when you are loaded right before you are about to accelerate the
racquet.
4. When you bring the racquet all the way back, there is a drop in the
racquet head. You need to let the gravity of the racquet to drop the head,
not your hand. This helps the top spin as well as acceleration of the
racquet speed. Both Nadal and Federer do that, and Nadal is more obvious.
At this time, Federer and Nadal put the racquet face to the ground, but
there are other players who put the racquet face to the right side.
5. The "slot".
6. Roation of your hip and shoulder. When you swing forward to make contact
with the ball, let your hip and shoulder do the job, not your arm. At the
point of contact, your shoulder should have been open, i.e., parallel to the
net.
7. The contact point should be as forward as you can, but remember this does
not mean you would stretch your arm to reach forward. No, you still need
to maintain the so-called double bend posture.
8. The windshild wiper motion and finish the swing with the racquet close to
your left waist.

进步很大不敢说,但至少知道该怎么去做。一跟人打就想不了那么多了,虽然比以前好
点,会多注意动作,但有

下次偶可以陪你对抽。而且别光练正手,反手也要跟上。动作要领其实跟正手差不多

The new form is basically the modern forehand, and you can watch the slow
motion of either Federer or Nadal's forehand. I watched those videos before
many times, but I did not realize the benefits of each details until the
coach pointed out to me.
Key elements:
1. Relax your hand and arm.
2. Hold the racquet on the right side longer (I used to bring the racquet
back too quick so that I was waiting for the ball before I swing forward.
This causes decrease in the racquet head speed). This also means slow in
the early preparation, so that you can be faster when swing forward.
3. The relative position between the ball, your left and right arms, and the
racquet when you are loaded right before you are about to accelerate the
racquet.

对了,说道反手,那个教练也让我把拍头降下去,让我降到贴近小腿,我觉得有点夸张
,他说nadal就是这样,但
我后来看nadal的双反引拍没那么低的,倒是发现一万的引拍是像他说的那样。

drop lower racquet head will help head speed, but it will be more difficult
to control timing, especially for fast balls

我的就不用学了,我也是照那些pro的form改,只不过有个教练在旁边帮我。如果真的
能改好,我会很乐意奔一下,呵呵。现在改的过程是有喜有悲啊,挺有意思的。

straight arm也打得很好。

check how much is your shoulder turn when you over stretch. My feeling is
more shoulder turn could prevent over-stretch. My coach was asking me to
have more shoulder turn so that when I finish my chin is on my right
shoulder. This is kind of hard for someone like me who has a stiff shoulder.

form好的不能理解form烂的的痛苦ing. Contact提前了又不能是over stretch, 这个提
前多少不好掌握啊~ 真的是“as forward as you can”?

have the shoulder turned and maintain the double bent position, that would
define how much you can really go forward.
have your coach asked you to stop the racquet upper in front of you after
you made the contact? That kind of tells you how much forward you want to
make the contact.

Both of your coaches are teaching the same thing....almost in the same way.
I heard ServeOK's coach asked her to stop the racquet upper in in front when
warming up but did not know why.

Roger has one of the best forehands in tennis history but I do not think his
is the best to copy. His forehand does not have double bend. He is using
straight arm instead, which is very demanding of timing and control.

He uses the double bend too, maybe not as much as other guys. He plays with
straight arm sometimed too.

教练有让偶练这个动作,问题是教练渡假去了,偶给放羊了一个多月了,form又要给忘
了。教练回来冬天也快来上不了课了。

为什么straight arm不好学呢?偶感觉straight arm更能把contact靠前,偶现在好像
straight arm多一些了。

tenfei说的是他pro教练教的经过自己的消化谈的是自己的体会,你说的是像是教科书
一字不漏的背诵说的像是pro自己的感受,大概是偶水平低不容易理解,虽然字面上都
懂。

Straight arm对timing,手眼配合和控球的要求都要比double bend高。
这就像单手反手动作超漂亮。可是对力量和手眼配合的要求都要比双手反手高,学起来
比较困难。

好啦,不逗你了。偶没那么高水平能一字不漏的背诵教科书或替pro将感受。事实上偶
即没看过教科书也没请过教练。不过是在这里混东听几句西学一点而已。当然也不至于
差到上旋和平击都搞不清。
不过印象中你是常来这里灌水(至少最近)的唯一正式女4.0了,所以希望能多套出几
句你的经验之谈而已。别介意。。。

你也可以double bend 得偏straight一点嘛
