I started to run in the gym from 1/2, every day from 2mile-3miles. My
current weight is 120LBS, target weight is 110LBS.
I usually do not eat food after dinner (around 7pm).
try to have healthy balanced diet.
the main goal of my exercise is to stay healthy, weight loss will be bonus.

也是西雅图MM?顶一个。我也是2011过来这边的。话说慢跑减肥一定要够时间,至少30
分钟以上,减肥效果才能出来。

是啊,跑了差不多一个月,每天2-3麦,希望能够坚持下去。
MM好厉害,要跑马拉松,崇拜啊。

每天一小时也不work on me,身体适应太快了,感觉汗出的一天比一天少,又要加时间
