就是引用好几百，IO也可以说你只影响了几百号人。不是major，significant 影响到
整个field。
这个major， significant 真是IO的主观判断。

其实还真没看见AAO里面有因为这个挂了的. 多数挂了的是论证original contribution
本身出了问题.
比方说太强调文章, 太强调杂志, 太强调工作的originality, 而没有在RL&PL里论证对
别人的影响, 没有放硬证据(citation highlights, citation ranking, etc)
