也非常好。
53lb kettlebell swing
左手25,右手25,换手时kb不落地;
20 hindu pushups
50 hindu squats
以上再重复一遍。这样为一组。每个动作间不休息,每组用时4分钟。
休息1分钟。
再重复两组, 整个workout共用时14分钟。 |

kettlebell swing之类。我自己则主要是跟Beachbody的DVD在家练。现在
我即使平时不跑步,随时出去跑个10来迈什么的没半点问题。 |

up without feeling any discomfort... sigh....
看来ELBOW 最大弯折时负力是个禁区 |

更多肌肉的潜能,其实functional strength还是长了吗。TGU不习惯可以先练练
kettlebell arm bar.

脚趾grip可以增加tension,但weigh still on heel。
我做的根传统crossfit 不太一样,主要是kettlebell.而且一半时间crossfit, 一半力

人的身体由多关节构成,可以想象成弯曲的多节棍。棍子要成一条刚性的直线才能有效
地传递力量,比如overhead lift 从脚跟到臀部大腿,core, lat, 肩,上臂,小臂,
手。如果身体不是刚性的,力量的传递弯弯曲曲,不但低效,还会造成伤病。这就是为
什么需要用tension把关节lockout的原因。图中的swing,form 松松垮垮,基本没有
tension.
很多全身运动,包括swing,都是hip hinge 的,图中的swing不知他的hinge 在那里,
而且他的weight on toes。
他没有abs brace, 这样handle不了大重量,而且非常容易受伤。
swing的最大的优点是强大的心肺练习,而且特别锻炼耐力爆发力。向后摆有更大的
range,速度更快,更 explosive。swing的要点是hip snap project the kettlebell. |

1。换成杠铃,clean-jerk-overhead squat更有效,因为后边已经有 lunge 了。
2。jackknife可以改成hip hinge 的jackknife
3. 直立起来后可以加一个military press.
4. lunge时,可以换成alternate与lunge 腿反方向的press,lunge 可以前进,也可以
加一个后退,一个45度,一个横向的lunge,这样可以锻炼协调能力,敏捷性,还可以
增加cross body tension.
5。换成kettlebell的high pull-catch-squat,不要也可以
6。有了1,不要也罢
7。换成snatch
8, 9 不要也罢,跟1,2,3 重复

2 Cannot do high reps?!
If it is your cardiovascular system instead of your grips gives up first,

i made a similar weight using sturdy bag with egg-size stones. weight
adjust from 35 lbs - 70lbs.
good to do some of the KB moves, such as turkish get up, front squat, single
leg deadlift, jump squat
no good to do snatch or clean with it, the size is too much.
not as easy to use as a standard KB. but it is free.
at least it is good to pick up some useful KB exercises, the principle should be similiar. |

Sports in Kettlebell Lifting, 一项是10分钟snatch test, 一项10分钟clean,jerk
long cycle test. 实在下不了决心,不知值不值得花那么多精力去追求对我没多大用

handle coating.

决定自学, 没时间去XFIT CAMP。 觉得有一定STRENGTH TRAINING 的基础了, START
SLOW 和小心一点就可以了
看了一些PAVEL的书, 下了STEVE COTTER 的VIDEO, 还是COTTER 的VIDEO 好, 就把
一些基本KB 练习复习了一下:
SWING 是 PULLING MOTION 的基础, TURKISH GET UP 是OVERHEAD LIFTING 的基础
把两个壶放在LIVING ROOM, 有事没事玩几下, 摸索正确的舒服的做法
