我看食品上都印着calories和fat两个参数,有些东西calories高但是fat低,有些是
fat高但是calories低,如果控制体重,到底是关注calories还是关注fat??我一直搞
不清楚,请高人指点指点~~~

但是一袋方便面的calories随随便便都有6,7百

最近才知道原来跑步减脂不能跑太快,慢跑比快跑好。
跑步时一定要注意控制心率,对于很多人来说心率110-140是fat burning zone,超过了这个范围,虽然燃烧的calories多,但是来自fat的calories就少了,减脂效果没那么显著。
比如说慢跑30分钟消耗150 calories, calories from fat可能是50,而快跑30分钟消耗200 calories,calories from fat只有35. 也就是说如果只想减体重,快跑比慢跑好,但如果想减脂的话,则慢跑更有效。
记得版上很多人都喜欢快跑,有的还甚至超过7,8 mph,这样跑心率一定超过150,减脂效果不太好~~

Zumba workouts can vary in intensity, and calorie burn depends on an
individual's weight, fitness level and muscle composition. During an hour
long session you can burn anywhere from 500 to 800 calories. On average, a
150-lb. person can expect to burn 536 calories during an hour of Zumba. By
comparison, the same person would burn 413 calories during an hour of
moderate swimming, 477 for an hour of casual racquetball and 684 for an hour
of running at a 10-minute-mile pace.

总卡路里消耗:
走:0.53×weight
跑:0.75×weight
净卡路里消耗:
走:0.30×weight
跑:0.63×weight
跑步机给的远远超过这个数,4mile/hour,*45mins-->~500-600K (文章公式得:3×0.
75×120=270K)
根据我的活体实验,如果吃和基本代谢平衡,每天3Miles,×5天×4周=60Miles
可以稳定减2磅,2×3500=7000K, 7000/60=116.7K/Mile
根据文章的公式
60×120×。53=3816K (60*120*.63/3500=1.3磅FAT)
3816/3500=1.09磅FAT
算完之后,发现文章给的参数好像没错,减掉的还有水分。唉,心急吃不了热豆腐。慢
慢跑吧。

这两天事情一多,竟然把帖子忘了,辜负了紫苏:-)现在尽量补上,以后下不为例:
先从早餐下手:
早饭一般在公司的厨房解决,每天都一样,所以好分析
1个chobani的原味酸奶 + 1个水果(苹果/桃/梨)+ 一些Granola
原味酸奶:calories:100g carb 7g
大苹果: calories:116 / 大桃 calories:61 / 大梨: 121
注:从calories和sugar看起来, 以后要全部改吃桃。。。
这个Granola calories含量也太吓人了。。以后再也不吃了。
争取把早餐的calories 控制在300卡下。

要分析,要分析哈。其实减肥就是 calorie out - calories in > 0 的
游戏。这个正差值越大,减肥效果越明显。 明白了这个,无非就是增
大calories out, 减小calories in。另外限制条件是不要节食。明白了
这几点,无非就是考查可以利用的变量:
Calories out:
-- 增大运动量。挑自己喜欢的有氧运动,延长运动时间。需要注意
的是身体需要时间燃烧血糖,然后才是脂肪。所以才有氧运动一
至少连续一小时(半小时烧糖,半小时烧脂肪)。运动时间很
关键,为啥马拉松减肥牛B?因为跑过半程后,人体连肝脏的血
糖都被干掉,不烧脂肪都不行了。不过那时连死的心都有,所以
一般的苦主都坚持不下来。折衷的办法是参加有氧班。一天来个
几小时,效果还是不错的。
-- 提高燃烧效率。最关键的就是提高新陈代谢水平。比如早上锻炼,
充足睡眠,锻炼时控制心跳水平等等。还有就是上培训班,加大
单位时间内的运动量。

你这个说法貌似不准确吧。
贴图数据是对于130 lb的female

Low Intensity(60-65% MaxHR)消耗卡路里中来自fat burn的比例是50%;
High Intensity(80-85% MaxHR)消耗卡路里中来自fat burn的比例是39.85%。
高心率虽然没有低心率脂肪燃烧效率高,但是相同时间内高心率仍然比低心率消耗更多
的fat calories (82 vs 73 per 30min)。

过了这个范围,虽然燃烧的calories多,但是来自fat的calories就少了,减脂效果没
那么显著。
消耗200 calories,calories from fat只有35. 也就是说如果只想减体重,快跑比慢
跑好,但如果想减脂的话,则慢跑更有效。
脂效果不太好~~

整天坐在电脑前动脑子,发现对糖分的需求很大。
以前都是到了公司抓一个muffin加一大杯咖啡当早饭,但往往到10点就饿了。
现在推荐一个在家里比较快就能搞定的早饭,吃了一周了,非常管饱。
而且不知道为什么,每天的咖啡我都觉得不需要了。
热巧克力牛奶+两片烤面包+果酱
1)1 cup organic fat free milk,90 calorie,
--放到很小的锅里煮。
2)1 teaspoon hot chocolate powder,(7g),27 calorie,
--当牛奶比较热但还没有沸腾的时候,加到牛奶里然后搅拌
--如果一旦沸腾了的话,牛奶会有一层奶皮/奶衣
--觉得够热了,就可以倒出来了。
3)2片Grain-Wheat Bread,160 calorie
--煮牛奶的时候,就可以toast一下面包了

减肥太难了,公司一日三餐都好吃,午餐晚餐还有好几种甜点, ice cream之类的。
lounge room 还有各种snacks, fruits and drinks 。现在基本能控制每顿不要吃得太
饱,甜点也基本戒了,实在谗得时侯拿一个但是只尝一两小口。 只喝茶和水,午餐晚
餐之间饿了吃些个black berries or rasberries,或者十来颗almond or 开心果。谗
了就吃一颗ginger chew (20 calories),准备把ginger chew也戒掉。
每天只有早餐控制得最好,主要是起得晚,赶不上公司的早餐。一杯steamed milk
with tea, 原来喝2%, 现在换成fat free 了. 1 点左右吃午饭,中间如果饿了,吃两
口全麦面包, 90 calories per slice, 最多吃half slice。

And who say you need 2,000 calories for your height? If you have 2,000
