可以稳定减2磅,2×3500=7000K, 7000/60=116.7K/Mile
根据文章的公式
60×120×。53=3816K (60*120*.63/3500=1.3磅FAT)
3816/3500=1.09磅FAT
算完之后,发现文章给的参数好像没错,减掉的还有水分。唉,心急吃不了热豆腐。慢
慢跑吧。

80*0.63*120=6048
6048/3500=1.72fat
1.72fat + .28water = 2 pounds in total weight.
要减7磅(6磅肥肉+1磅水)
6×3500/6048=~3.5 months (too discouraged!) 还是管住嘴见效比较快。 |

4.0 mph 只有 379kph, 1迈不到100 45分钟就是280卡。
这是base on 150磅的, 如果只有120磅, 再往下减。
通常我都算法是, 跑1迈100, 走1迈50, 椭圆机1迈70 |
