发帖数: 3169 | 11 第一天P90X，哭着做完Chest&Back之后，发现老婆和孩子都还没醒，就试着跟了一下Ab
Ripper X。结果除了第一个IN&OUTS勉强作了15个以外，后面都最多10个，有的甚至压
根做不起来。距离结束快四五分钟的时候突然觉得头晕恶心，呵呵。。。是不是血糖太
低了？
看来还是要晚上分开搞Ab Ripper X。
还有就是我看finess guide上说level 1是10-15个啊，为什么DVD里说必须要25个呢？ |

我想我还是应该把Ab Ripper X分到晚上，练之前我是吃了5oz greek yogurt+1oz
cheese的，如果不练abs倒是没有觉得晕。练完我喝牛奶和吃3oz牛肉，也是早饭。
关于polymetrics，我预览过了，很恐怖。问题是我的小腿前两天有次有点抽筋（热身
不充分的缘故），希望明天能够恢复过来。如果不行，应该用什么来代替polymetrics
？或者把kenpo换过来？

至少AB Ripper X和Cardio X已经sync进去了。
我没练过Cardio X。Ripper X我刚开始的时候勉强能跟上60%。今天早上（第九周）终
于可以全程跟下来。
大家努力吧。
warning：以我练完phase II的经验，如果要系统的follow P90X的，请先按照那个
folder里面的p90xFitTest.pdf做一个自我测试，通过了再开始。如果没通过，你也可

需要先说明一点：局部减脂是不可能的，只有全身减脂，至于哪里先减哪里后减，大概
是基因决定的。
要通过运动来燃烧脂肪，就需要长时间中等强度的有氧训练，保持心率在有氧范围内。
最简单的有氧运动是长跑，wuyan有篇大作“如何跑步最减肥”，建议大家好好读读：

有人说：我膝盖不好，怎么办？椭圆机也是不错的有氧运动，强度弱点。除此之外，划
船机，骑车，kick boxing，跳有氧操（比如郑多燕），跳舞都是不错的有氧运动，只
要时间做够1个小时就行，强度不同而已。我个人还很喜欢bikram yoga，高温瑜伽，减
肥效果不错，但是很多人受不了那个温度。
我个人不喜欢用游泳来减肥，原因有三：一来游泳的强度不能保证，很多人游泳如同泡
澡；二来游泳后胃口大开，容易多吃；三来低水温下人体自然的会保留一层脂肪来保暖
，不容易把肥油刮干净。
有人会奇怪为啥我要求有氧1小时。因为刚开始运动的时候是烧糖，大概半小时以后才
