隆人，是产生可用做移植的组织和研究用的细胞模型。
一般embryonic stem cell的产生方法是需要销毁胚胎的，但是这些胚胎本来就是要被
销毁的。
在胚胎生长的早期是可以拿走一个或者一些细胞而不影响胚胎发育的。但是一般
embryonic stem cell的产生不用这种方法，因为这种方法费时费力。 |

生物学在自然科学中，是最复杂又是最年轻的一门学科。百多年来不断地成长，到
如今可以说达到突飞猛进的地步。每天在新闻报导中都可以听到有新的生物学发现。不
少人都认为廿一世纪肯定是生物学的世纪。在这成长的过程中，随著观察和实验的增加
，当然会修正过去的一些错误。
但是在1997年，生物学上有一个重大的发现，这个发现不是“修正”过往的错误，
而是揭开了生物学历史上最大的丑闻（注１），也可以说是最大的骗局－－科学家兼名

母細胞轉變成類似的胚幹細胞，還能和成鼠形成嵌合體（chimera
為了能精確地將纖維母細胞轉變成胚幹細胞，他們使用四個轉錄因子，
或利用另一個表現在胚幹細胞裡的分子 -Nanog 作為鑑定誘導式
多能性幹細胞的標記，另外，美國科學家也利用四個相同或部份
相同的轉錄因子，也成功地將各種體細胞轉變成iPS 細胞，他們的
實驗數據也幾乎完全符合山中伸研究小組發表的結果，
最近他們更利用人皮膚的纖維母細胞也被誘導成iPS 細胞，
將來這些iPS 細胞更更能提供學者研究除了人胚幹細胞

转基因这种东西在科研上是必须要搞的，但远不到大规模普及的程度。中国来个大跃进
搞到水稻和小麦上让人吃有些急了。
以现在中国社会一切向钱看的风气，大规模搞转基因主食潜在的危险可能远远超过眼前
利益，况且还又是一小部分人的利益。

受精后，受精卵经过桑葚胚阶段，进入囊胚阶段。囊胚中的细胞可以归入两个大类：滋
养层（trophoblast，TE）和内细胞群（inner cell mass，ICM）。滋养层的细胞会分
化为胚胎外的组织（胎盘等），内细胞群的细胞则会分化成胚胎的其馀结构。分离内细
胞群细胞并进行体外（in vitro）培养，即可取得胚胎干细胞。...
因为道德、宗教与法律上的问题（比如目前分离胚胎干细胞的方法会无可避免地杀死胚
胎），有关胚胎干细胞的研究（即治疗性克隆）在各国都受到了一定的限制[3][4]。
贺教授的研究肯定不涉及胚胎干细胞。因为基因编辑是编辑单细胞。如果受精卵发展成
胚胎，已经是一群细胞，由于编辑的不确定性，编辑一群细胞的基因不会有一致的后果
。难以想象如何发育成人。
我生物不好，不能理解为什么两件事能联系到一起。科技部难道就没人知道什么是胚胎
