1.对肖传国的工作的小看。他虽然广义上是研究neuroscience,但不代表他就知道肖的

bifilda孩子的排尿控制还是有效的。),手术在概念上开创性的。需要时间来完善这个
手术。至少一个美国JHU 的pediatric neurosurgeon知道他的手术;并认为是创新;如
果成功,will be amazing.
饶毅虽然是学医的,毕业于江西医学院,但是并没有行医。也不一定对因为脊髓损伤(
各种原因)导致排尿障碍有研究和深入了解,但是他如同方舟子一样说肖的手术一文不
值;肖是弱智,是充内行了。
2.过分贬低水通道aquaporin获得诺奖。

一、前言
我今天想讲的主题是过去主题的延续。几年前我曾经谈过诚信的问题。科学
研究的诚信问题现在越来越重要。媒体上常有关于科学不端行为的报导,但事实
上明目张胆的科学不端行为(scientific misconducts),所谓伪造、篡改和剽窃
(Fabrication,Falsification,Plagiarism,简称FFP),是极少见的。现在最严重
的问题不是明显的FFP,而是灰色地带的诚信问题,就是那些不容易被发现、标
准不容易确定的问题。我们每一个从事科学研究的人都会遇到这些问题,都应该
认真考虑,当遇到这些问题时,怎么做才符合诚信的要求。
二、数据分析和表述时的灰色地带行为
今天我首先想讲的就是数据分析和表述时的不当行为。首先,较严重的就是
选择数据。只选择自己喜欢的结果,不喜欢的就不要。忽略不计对自己的结论有
威胁性的数据。第二,在发表文章或口头表述结果时不当地夸大表述。前者比较

了,前两天试了一下,转染效率能有90%以上。一直纳闷,为什么primary cell不容易
转染哪?是因为生长慢吗? |

rd8这个新的突变于12年报导出来,对搞视觉研究的震撼很大,所有实验室回去筛选有
没有这个mutation,因为这个mutation和其他的rd突变不太一样的一点是除了直接的导
致视网膜退变,还有一些其他的表型,这个突变在c57bl/6n的老鼠里,c57bl/6j的没有
事儿。以至于之前有用这个6n做的模型发在很好的期刊上的文章,作者立马回去检查,
重复,确保表型和这个突变无关。
而这段时间的地震是RGC-5这个细胞系,大家也许都听过这个细胞,这个最开始是rat
ganglion cell line,但是呢,最近发现,这个细胞系其实没有在originator's实验室
外存在过,现在流传的RGC-5实际上已经mouse origin的cone photoreceptor cell
line。。。。这个很震惊,因为从最开始到现在已经过去了10多年的时间,用这个细胞
株发表的文章也超过了200多篇,也就是说,究竟有多少结论是站得住脚的,我们无法
得知了。
所以几个vision的journal都相继出社论来警告尤其用细胞系来做实验的,建议要用in
