重复一下我的基本情况: 36岁, 164.5cm. 我很喜欢吃面食,呵呵。
第一个月减了9磅。这个月的速度明显慢了。但还是better than I expected. 从9/1-
15: 134-130.2=3.8lb.
饮食:因为体重轻了,bmr少了,所以我应该减少。但will power不行。所以现在能做
到的是尽量晚上没有主食。但是每周1次的饺子,包子,pizza,mcdonald’s还是吃。
周末还要eat out. 常常只能自己估计热量。零食比上个月吃的多。但是没有吃甜点 了
。平均下来每天的intake在1200左右。

是否consistent, 有没有偷懒。不会真当成是实际消耗量。我一般会注意心跳,尽量保
持在140以上。不过据说心跳也不一定测得准,不管了,我是懒得去买个heart rate
monitor.
我一般用elliptical, 如果正好没有空下来的elliptical,就用treadmill, 慢跑+快走 |

晚上桑巴1小时。一直没用单位的gym,这回终于用上了!本来晚上还想跑elliptical,
但忙着订机票,搞签证一直到凌晨2:30,就没练。今天一看减这么多,真是喜出望外!
周日就回国了,希望到周一见朋友之前能减10磅. |

钟,高强度让心跳至170,然后低强度让心跳到150,4个周期左右。每天做两次,耗时
30分钟。饮食没怎么改变。两个星期减了5lbs。
以前中等强度每天elliptical做一个小时,都不见什么效果。 |

周二发现受伤,周三证实是shin splint,吃了开的药,周四明显没那么疼,因为晚上
要看OVO,下午要早走,中午只能skip午休,于是周四没有锻炼,OVO好看死了,好多中
国,俄国的杂技人,每个人都身怀绝技,身体的柔软性真是绝了,娃在daycare没有nap
还可以不打磕睡一路看到结束,证明这个show的质量真是牛到老少通吃!
周五中午去gym,在跑步机前想了整整一分钟,没敢跑,上了elliptical,后来在
runner's world发现shins plint不可以用elliptical。 anyway,周五晚上看了hurt
locker,真的不想女人导演的戏,也许这就是为什么她会得奖的原因。个人觉得电影一
般。
周六早上七点看见灿烂的阳光,立即沮丧到了极点,相应LD建议,抓紧时间多睡觉,好
养伤,爬回床上一路睡到下午四点,起来一看,阳光还是明媚的要死,心想就是现在去
跑也可以跑个不错的10迈,但是不能跑!为什么不下雨呢,想周五那样下雨该多好!!

warm-up, increased level, and peddled at > 140rpm.
HR went up to 160bpm (max). Later, decreased
level and peddled @110-120rpm, HR stayed at about
140-145bmp for about 30min. This is about the HR
for my elliptical machine workout. As a result,
shirt and shorts were totally wet -- first time
ever.
Earlier, my stationary biking HR had never gone
beyond 130bpm, and I had thought that biking
would not make me sweat as much as running/elliptical. |

LHR长跑的心率比以前低10BPM,MPW大概是以前
的1/3-1/2。夏天的时候注意到早晨REST HR有所
升高,大概升乐两三BPM吧。当时以为是天热。
最近天冷乐,有一个月LHR CROSS TRAINING, 发
现REST HR竟然又上升乐几个BPM。
REST HR上升是因为锻炼强度太低(心率底)还是时间/
里程太低乐?还是BOTH?如果加大锻炼时候的心率但是
维持总时间恒定,是否可以把REST HR再降下去?
CROSS TRAINING的问题是即使很低的心率,过后也很
累。估计是CYCLING或者ELLIPTICAL用到的肌肉群比
跑步少,所以维持较高心率会使用到的肌群比较劳累,但
是心肺负担相对比较轻。
CYCLING或者ELLIPTICAL的好处是现在爬坡上楼梯都
非常轻松。 |

星期三下班从单位走向轻轨火车站的路上捡到一个聪明手机(smartphone/iphone)。
当时前后左右没人,我喊了几声“谁丢失了手机”,但没人答应。这个聪明手机是我在
过去几年捡到的第5个聪明手机。其中3个是在单位健身房捡到的,我直接将它们交给了
健身房前台工作人员,无需由我自己寻找失主。另一个聪明手机是2年多前我在飞机场
女士卫生间捡到的。当时那个手机的平面显示手机的主人正在写一个电子邮件,我就帮
助她“完成”,告诉电子邮件的收件人我捡到了这个聪明手机。很快手机失主就与我联
系上,在我登机前往欧洲度假之前取回了手机。而这次寻找第5个聪明手机的主人,小
费了一番周折。
我带着捡到的第5个聪明手机上了火车,琢磨着怎样与手机主人联系。首先想到使用手
机上的电话簿,打其中任何一个电话,让手机主人的朋友想办法联系手机主人。幸运的
是这个聪明手机没上锁,我很快找到了电话簿,几百个电话号码由细心的主人按电话人
的字母顺序排列。我决定按字母顺序打,为了好玩,每个字母中打一个电话,并且是女

elliptical、intervals、elliptical、tempo、rest、long run、rest。不过,每次跑

偶忍不住差点笑出声来...
那人看了我两眼,估计觉着特奇怪...
接下来,看到那男生,就一直特想笑,踩elliptical都踩不下去了
我只好从elliptical上面下来了...今天的锻炼算是结束了...
唉,唉,唉,自作自受,笑话别人。。活该。。。
再接下来,我在跑道上面跑了两圈,放松放松
结果那人不见了,我左看右看,前看都看不见了

以前的不算。昨天,7月5号:elliptical machine 30分钟。阻力4,坡度4。坡度小了
,据说会粗小腿,要改大。吃:早饭:cereal一碗;中饭:蔬菜沙拉,不到200卡;
snack: Atkins bar一个,180卡;晚饭:萝卜排骨汤,嘿大一碗。结果:今天早上增重
0.4磅 T_T
今天,7月6号:早饭:Atkins bar一个;snack: Atkins bar又一个;中饭:蔬菜沙拉+
几片牛肉;晚饭:估计还是蔬菜沙拉+几片牛肉...锻炼:等哈下班去用elliptical
machine,阻力4,坡度还要试验。 |

吃得中规中矩,低GI,卡路里也不高,懒得全部写下来了。
今天早上:oakmeal+核桃仁+berry;午饭: 青椒牛柳+蔬菜。elliptical machine 热身
20分钟,游泳1小时20分钟,60laps,共3000yard。 |

Equation of degree 5 (and 6) can be solved similarly, replacing sin(y) by
elliptic function. So equation of degree 5 does has 闭值解 in terms of
elliptic function, but doesn't has solution in terms of taking roots. |
