of control, so i need to let my diet go back in track.
This time, my goal is too lose 5 pounds, and I wish i could go back to my prefect weight of 115 pounds. I think i look too sick of being 110 pounds, so i take the middle point of my wieght.
And i want to fit into my old black dress for my firm's holiday party, so i don't need to buy another dress for the party.
And i will start up my diary to record what i eat everyday. And since the

Breakfast: coffee with light creamer (40 cal), 1/2 wheat bagel with light cream
cheese (250 cal), one hard boil egg (90 cal)
Snack: Coco mix (80 cals)
Lunch: Cosi- tuckey light (390 cal)
Snack: Fuji Apple (110 cal)

I used the low fat creamer.

for me...
Morning: 1/2 cup of cereal (210 cal) mixed with 3/4 cup of 2 % milk (90 cal)
, one hard boil egg (90 cal) and coffee with light creamer (30 cal)
Lunch: Thanksgiving family gathering, fried fish, duck, pork, beef, 7
steamed buns, red bean pie...... (not sure, how much i ate, estimated 1,000-
1,500 cal for lunch??)

Not a good diet day for me.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of cereal mixed with 3/4 cup of 1% milk, one hard boil
egg and coffee with light creamer.
Snack: Cookies * 2
Lunch: Chinese buffet.... and ice cream
Dinner: one pack of cereal and 3/4 cup of 1% milk.
But still i am so hungry

Amazing, i am 118.2 pounds this morning after pig out like crazy yesterday.
Today i need to back on track again.
Breakfast: One pack of cereal and mixed with 1/2 cup of 1% milk, (190 cal),
one hard boil egg (90 cal) and coffee with creamer.
Snack: one small apple
Lunch: 1/2 bowl of noodles mix with pork bone soup and some port meat, one
cup of coffee with light creamer.
Snack: 3/4 of small apple.
Dinner: one bowl of fish soup with Tofu, veggie and some grilled chicken.
Exercise: I am recovered from my neck injury, so i restart my exercise
routine now, 40 mins on the treadmill, 410 cal. |
