鸡蛋羹(2 extra large eggs + 1oz shrimp + 2 oz scallops)
snack:
atkins bar,注册atkins.com网站免费送的3根bar里面的一根。还行啊,也不算死甜,
还挺好吃的。一根bar 44g我吃了一下午……吃完了也没有想吃甜食什么的感觉,就是
觉得,哦吃完了。这个是caramel chocolate peanut nougat bar

煎猪排(3.5 oz pork loin + 0.5 tbsp butter)+清炒芦笋(asparagus 5oz + 1tsp
olive oil)

“I had an awesome run today. I just felt really good today. You never know
what's going to happen until the day of the race. I finished in 3:10, I beat
my PR by 15 minutes. I know this sounds crazy, but I really think it was
due to less running and adding more variety along with P90X. I am sore and
will most likely do YogaX tomorrow to get some of the kinks out.”
Needless to say, I am really impressed.
这给我一点希望,也许我不需要跑很多,也可以提高跑步成绩。:)

如果只跑三次,P90X可以只练其中的力量练习,或者两次力量练习,一次
PlyoX或者CoreSyn,然后再一次YogaX或者X Stretch。这样还是可行的。
或者跑四次的话,做三次P90X也可以。
要是准备跑70mpw,那估计没戏。 |

f*******n 发帖数: 5241 | 33 昨天因为DOMS,我没再做力量练习,试了下引体向上,胳膊还是太酸,就只做了P90X的
YogaX。开始时候全身都很僵硬,90分钟的瑜伽做完了以后,倒是觉得舒服多了。
今晚给小姑娘读书的时候我好困,因为是生理期,就想要不要歇一天算了,早点睡觉。
这时突然想到“Cindy”,就想,20分钟的锻炼正好,还是可以早点睡的。

我做了14组。当然,我的瓶颈还是在引体上。不过这次不是“涉嫌kipping”,而是名

的话,用装花生和其他坚果的那种大盒子应该也可以。
找到一个去年七月练Shouders & Arms的一个Workout Log。第一
次练P90X的时候当然用的哑铃比这个轻多了。

顶不住。X Stretch其实挺容易的,就是拉伸,对举重和跑步以后的恢复很
