for longer runs in hot and humid condictions, so you know how much you need
to replenish.
It's understandable that some of us have a great sense of it without
actually measure it (like whx), some others (like me) miss the target by
pure "feeling", and would benefit from a more scientific measurement.
I'd think Alberto Salazar was an extreme case, he was lucky to be alive.

频率应该放慢,手入水后花更多的时间向前摸(应该叫爬水)。可能和whx说的slide
forward with your body有点类似。此时间为休息和吸气时间(如果该吸了),当然时
间长些好。真正划水时,应该用力和加速(象wolfstar说的那样)。
另外速度不能太慢。只有在一定速度下,才能游出涡旋(水在额头处最高,背部低),
才能让嘴舒舒服服在侧头时吸气。否则仰面朝天吸气实在对不起观众。
最后, 吸气时嘴的形状也是一门艺术。呛了一口水,人差不多就挂了(反正我是得靠十
几秒的蛙泳才能缓过劲来)。 |
