the upper 60s. I'd prefer 10 degrees
lower, but the humidity is low so it isn't bad.

pressure is off, I can at least give
it a try. I'm actually getting a little bored with my current training plan.
I'm gonna try a few different things
and shake things up.:)

发帖数: 4931 | 38 A marathon is never "easy" easy, but it can be relatively easy. I find that
my legs always start to get tired around mile 17. But there are different
kinds of tiredness. When I get to mile 20 and still in cruising mode, my
breathing comfortable and I have the energy to push, I'd call it an "easy
marathon". Just found out from the official result that my split is +1:17. That is almost ideal considering that the second half has hills and is warmer.

In fact, on my facebook you can see a 20 sec video -- the triad were walking when I passed them -- they only started running again toward the finish line.:)

发帖数: 4931 | 68 Yes it's Yasso 800. No you cannot predict your marathon time with Y800. Not
even close. But, if you have set your marathon goal pace, you can do Y800
according to your goal marathon pace, and it would suffice as a speed
workout. The idea is to do the training at an intensity that your body can
absorb. If you run Y800 very hard, it doesn't mean that you will necessarily
be able to run a marathon that fast.
