friends, that his pains are gone
running with 5-fingers.
I guess my question really is, can we just run forefoot with regular running
shoes, and would that give us the
same result as 5-fingers. From your own experience I think the answer is a '
yes'. I'll try train myself doing
forefoot and midfoot strikes from now on!

have that thin layer rubber under your feet is to protect it against cuts.
because you have no support/cushion from your "shoes" you are forced to run

whx already demonstrated that even with regular running shoes, one could
still train him/herself run with
forefoot and midfoot strikes, which answers my question :)

跑很快的人,跑很慢的pace也是很艰难的,穆哈哈哈~~
我没试过五指,但试过forefoot。对我来说,最大的问题是肌肉不够强劲,速度控制不
下来,基本上400M就是我forefoot的极限//blush
另一方面,脚弓力量也不行,track跑完脚会不舒服几天。
我觉得不一定那个就一定好,那个就一定不好。了解各自的利弊优缺,根据需要采用就
好了。

asics里面就是under用nimbus, 轻微的over用kayano...
鸭蹼的意义就是让你懂得怎么用减震最小的姿势跑步, 因为鞋子不能
帮你减震了, 只能靠自己的腿控制, 尽量落脚要轻。。。
不过这些东西多跑跑自己慢慢就能体会到了, 不一定非要上鸭蹼。。
最重要的其实是记得高步频, 小步幅。。。

expect to pick up a chapter and know
what he's talking about. I also don't have patience with books, but I did
finish reading Born to Run in 4 days.
