and dublin blvd by the Amerian Tire Co. they sale Sigua and the garvar beans
( chinse bian3dou4. purple or white.) every summer. I go to india store
because of these two vegetables. Lion City sale them year around. but they
are not fresh most of time. The sigua sale in india store are much fresher.
Their veg are cheaper than Ranch. |

不多。不过最好多方打听(比如 yelp?)看是不是很多人像KuO 说的,龙虾太老?我觉
得应该不会。不过和有压力的人(老板)一起吃饭,还是不要吃龙虾吧,食而无味的..

Not really. I pipe the moist warm air to my green house, so my veg grow
faster.
You could be right here, but washing them can 破坏衣服 even more. Plus
clothing come out softer and nicer. (most items line dried can be hard to
the touch)
I don't agree here, high temp in the dryer can be very 卫生. |

mountaineering, calorie control(quite company free dinner and replace it by
snack and fruit) and diet change(more veg and fruit and less meat).
diving doesn't work very well since usually there will be plenty of seafood
after diving :P |

here is some of my tips:
1. good sleep
2. eat well, more fruits and veg.
3. build more muscle, so that u would not get tired that easily.
4. build stamina, by doing some long distance running, or biking
or mountain climbing(mission peak is good)
5. get massages
6. practise yoga
7. warm up before play ball sports, stretch a lot during, before and
AFTER!
8. acupuncture, it helps!
9. wear pads to protect joints!
10. take a saun |

我的milk这次吃完就换nofat的了,以前是在costco买,现在决定跟孩子的一起在local
的organic farmer market买了。greek yogurt尤其是skim的是很难吃,不过为了早上
锻炼也只好忍了,我已经吃了十几盒了,吐啊吐啊的就习惯了。
我的意思是尽量不吃salad dress。现在中晚是一顿salad+肉一顿steamed veg+肉。 |

晚上白煮蛋7.5G 羊排4OZ里头有25G
悲催的 吃了几个鸡爪啊 热量原来非常的高 不过蛋白也高 120g鸡爪有21g蛋白
结果1500多卡了 115G蛋白
如果控制在差不多1200的热量(不吃鸡爪就好了) 应该就是90G左右蛋白 |

下午晚饭估计在5,6点左右,最后一顿在晚上8点,每顿控制在300卡左右,吃什么现在

睡到中午才起,没有机会吃午饭了,直接吃午饭,LD吵着很想吃 pizza,结果...两块pizza
,2 inch square brownie, some veg salad. 我算了一下,光午饭就有700卡以上,哭!
晚上: salad(standard)
snack: 半个柚子
锻炼
逛街1个小时
gym里连跑带走呆了一个小时
体重
amazing 的事情发生了,腐败了一个周末,结果早上的体重竟然是136.0!!比之前还轻了
一磅! What happened?! 晚上也是137.2.
最后很惊险地完成了本周减一磅的任务!!(事实上超过一周了,blushing). |
