短期的肌肉酸痛是因为乳酸堆积, 乳酸堆积是造成fatigue和muscle failure 的主要原因。 因为肌纤维在酸性环境下,收缩能力变低。但乳酸在八小时内就会被机体清除,所以事后酸痛并不是乳酸堆积引起。
大重量运动,会造成肌纤维轻微撕裂。大量的白细胞, 前列腺素和养分流到撕裂处试
图修复,造成修复性的肿胀和发炎,这才是酸痛的主要原因。
并没有证据证明酸痛后肌肉就会增长,但很可能是。因为肌肉只有在肌纤维撕裂后才能
生长。但work to failure 造成的酸痛对力量的增长并没有好处,因为你需要太长的时
间修复。而且起feed back 保护作用的golgi tendon 是有记忆的,你failure后golgi
tendon记住这个重量,下次就会把阈值调低,使你的中枢神经过早的发出放弃的指令,
反而会使力量降低。
运动前后用止痛药可以减轻酸痛。适量的cardio也会有帮助。workout 后的strech 对
有些人有效,对另外一些人没有。如果你酸痛时去做重量练习,做不到平常一半的量时
,就需要休息了。肌肉是在休息时,而不是在training时生长的。

09年底不小心摔倒骨折,patella裂成几块,连着的tendon rapture,当场就不能动了
担架去了医院,膝盖马上肿成馒头一样大。做了一次大手术,patella里打了两条钢钉
,tendon接好,好几个月腿在支架里不能用力,一周两次PT做了半年多,一年后又做了
一次手术把钢钉取了,大概1年半时间我基本算残疾吧,走路都有点拐,椭圆机都做不
了。
你一直有伤痛应该找个好的physical therapist看看,我当时找的那个医院给职业球员
做很多恢复训练,他们给了很好的训练计划,什么可以做什么不可以做我都咨询他们。
如果很严重应该去看看骨科医生。看之前一定要做下研究找好的医院和医生。恢复训练
的话一定要听医生和PT的,不要着急,不能锻炼就做点别的,我当时长胖了二十多磅,
经过这么一次折腾觉得能动比别的都重要,起码生活能自理,哈哈,大概花了三到四年
时间现在基本恢复了,而且恢复的很不错,我觉得跟我慢慢锻炼不心急没有重复受伤还
是有很大关系的

擦哪里。 1个月之后会好转(至少心理上-,= ) whole food超市有

Thank you for the tip. I can only swim breast stroke and am still learning
crawl stroke now. It is a shame.
I more and more find tendon and bone strength become a physical bottleneck
in climbing training for a middle age beginner as me. When someone is young,
muscle, tendon and bone can grow together in balance. With ages, muscle
sometimes overgrows, which leads injuries.

不管如何,比赛就是经历,不管是PB or PW .hehe
另外,发现。很多时候。奇迹并不发生:)
本来就状态不是最好,虽然在最后一个long run(3 wks before race)还感觉非常好
(peak too early?)
那个long run有点太长。而且没有足够休息。
可能是造成Achilles Tendon问题的主要原因。
后来发现Achilles Tendon问题。严肃对待。跑的很少。(我觉得这个决定是对的)
希望3个星期几乎不跑然后PR的奇迹可以发生。
但是也直接影响比赛的shape
教训一: 三个星期完全不跑然后状态齐好的奇迹 不发生
后来一些小问题。包括牙疼影响睡眠,包括小感冒,但是问题都不大。
教训二: 一些小问题并不显著影响比赛
最后,放弃星期六进城expo, 找到car pool.
但是目标还是放到很低, 做好DNF的准备(not because of weather.)
我觉得如果我的脚跟如果问题很大。我可能决定DNF
毕竟我不希望把伤搞得太严重。
当然我也希望我的脚跟可以痊愈
教训三: 应该尊重身体,一些伤没那么容易痊愈.

Probably you should be able to tell whether it is muscle sore
or tendon problem. If it is muscle sore because of long mileage,
it can heal itself in a couple of days. If it is tendon issue, then
you need to pay attention.

昨天翻了下最新的runner杂志, 发现有讲关于脚伤的问题, 其中关于跟腱伤的:
The cause: A sudden increase in activity or intensity causes inflammation of
the tendon that connects the calf to the heel.
Fix it: Rest;ice;consider wearing a heel lift in running and regular shoes
to keep tendon from overstretching.
Prevent it: Gradually increase mileage and hill work.
自己感觉还挺准的, 跑完的拉伸应该也有用。

We both got Achilles tendon problems.:( My right achilles tendon didn't feel
right in the last 2 miles of yesterday's recovery run. Iced yesterday. This
morning after 3 miles easy run it was bothering me again, so I quit early.
Will need to skip tomorrow's workout if it persists.

Probably timing and duration for ice is not done correctly.
For muscles, applying ice immediately after running for
10 min < duration < 20 min.
I don't usually feel the need to ice joint. If you feel joint
is injured. It would be tendon or ligament damage. Resting is
probably the only choice to help it heel. Applying ice does not
help it heel, but just relieve pain. At least my last experience
of Achilles Tendonitis taught me this lesson.

周五看了医生,诊断是脚面一根筋上的tendonitis,因为resisting拉伸的时候用手按
下去有cracking的震动。医生说tendonitis还很严重,有点惊奇我当时说已经没有什么
疼痛感了,也就是说一周前还严重得多。Anyway, 恢复一点训练了。这周二tempo, 周
三9 mile easy to tempo, 周五跑步机上7 miles w/ 4 x 1 mile @ 6:00, 今天9
miles with 5 miles tempo @ 6:35 (fresh pond race),明天正常long run. 希望在
下面的4周提高lactose threshold.

Had rested from early this month till last Friday. Three weeks
off running gave me a perfect chance to rest all the small injuries
in muscles and tendons, especially my hip tendon pain was completely
gone. My right back heel pain was much much better. I could see
that the inflammation had shrunk significantly. However, I got
an accident on my left back heel so I had to rest it in case it
got worse - still a little painful, but no inflammation (lucky

多谢版医!
你把痛点分的很细致,我再白话一下,你看对不对
1、膝盖骨上缘跟四头肌连接处疼,属于patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS /
runner's knee)
2、膝盖骨下边缘疼,也就是跟Patellar Tendon(髌骨韧带)连接处,这属于jumper
knee(中文称膝盖韧带炎)。
3、如果痛点再往下一个拇指宽度的地方,也就是Patellar Tendon下端,连接Tibial
Tubercle (胫骨结节)的地方,称为Osgood Schlatter disease (胫骨结节骨软骨病
?),常见于青少年。
照这么说,我感觉是第3类,也就是胫骨结节骨软骨病。不管怎么说,这几类病治疗和
恢复都差不多,看起来以后要增加举杠铃的训练项目,提高臀大肌和股四头肌的力量。
另外,问一下,这一个月,主要在游泳,每周3、4次,每次1-1.5小时,1500-2500码,
大部分蛙泳。不知道蛙泳频繁蹬踹是否对恢复有所影响

除右脚peroneal tendon拉伤以外,肌肉和关节都没事儿(之前三年跑了不到600迈)。
训练最长只跑过一次16迈,这可能是tendon 拉伤的主要原因。虽然三周就恢复了,长
跑的最高原则我觉得仍然是避免受伤。
跑完以后心情很好(虽然脚疼的要死,走路像老爷爷),写了篇日志。

你这个估計是 patellar tendonitis
petellar tendon/ligament 是把髕骨和脛骨連接在一起的肌腱,受拉扯太多會疼痛、
發炎、撕裂。正確處理方法是完全停止運動,等沒有壓痛了,再慢慢恢復運動。不顧身
體反應,繼續運動可能造成傷病加重。

最近做功课研究消除疼痛的办法,看到下面这边文章。大意似乎是:
1)炎症是身体对抗伤痛的自然反应,是身体自我修复过程的正常症状;
2)药物消除炎症,同时也抑制了身体的自我修复过程,反而不利于伤痛的恢复;
3)消炎药不能明显提高比赛成绩。
根据这篇文章的说法,我觉得ibuprofen或Advil最大的效果可能是止痛(类似麻醉剂,
消除或削弱大脑对疼痛的感受)。疼痛要求人不要过度使用身体;大脑不觉得疼了,就
会继续正常(其实是超量)使用身体。后果可能是短时间内保持了成绩,但加速了肌肉
撕裂,伤病加重。
我英语不太好,英语好的可以再总结一下。

2010年9月29日,在我受伤后整一个月,手术的日子终于到来了。
头天晚上早早吃了饭,要保证手术前8小时内不吃不喝。当天早上,我是紧张得一蹋糊
涂,不记得高考第一天有没有这么紧张了,还好有老婆在边上给与精神上的支持。
到了医院,换了手术服,然后一个护士给我量体温,99.4度,有点高,问我有没有感冒
发烧。我说俩礼拜前有点感冒,现在应该好了。第二个老印护士给我插点滴瓶,告诉我
一会麻药就从这打进去。因为会做全身麻醉,她给我扎完针还跟我说,手术过程中最疼
的部分已经过去了。但她也对我体温小小关心了一下,安慰我说有能就是紧张的,但这
反而让我更紧张了。
一会儿麻醉师过来了,自我介绍了一下。我告诉了他我体温的情况,结果人根本不当会
事儿。最后医生来了,又让我签字。我一看是手术方案,上面又有patellar tendon,
又有allograft。我糊涂了,到底是哪一个?医生解释到,是用organ donar的patellar
tendon,不是我自己的。于是我放下心来签了字。我再次提到了我体温的问题,结果
医生一样不在乎,说可能是屋里太热了。

我是ACL recon (Pat. tendon) + M. meniscus removal + L. meniscus repair...
......给我做手术的surgeon有16年经验了......用钢钉(合金钉)
也是我和他讨论以后决定的...... 比两头都是bio-absorbable我感觉
要好,更符合力学原理。当然这也纯粹是感觉,小白鼠也有自主权么。
要取patellar tendon... 还要取meniscus... 咋能没有大口子...
东西不可能从小洞拉出来啊... 小洞当然还是有的...

Normal stretching exercises don't really stretch the tendons and
ligaments all that much, unless you have really short muscles to begin
with. Stretching the tendons is fine but don't go overboard and put
too much stress on your ligaments, because it could hurt your joint
stability.
Stretching can elongate muscles and prevent injuries, and
longer muscles = bigger muscles = more power = better performance

你看natalie的#2练习就是练后交叉情况下一臂前送,一臂出水的。往前伸一下,只要
不造成身体扭曲,越远越好。练短距离自由泳的,最后拼的就是这一英寸距离。臂展长
的,又能尽量前伸,占尽了便宜。
得看你的膝伤是哪种情况。是ligament,tendon,或者里面的meniscus。如果是侧面
ligament曾经撕裂过尚未痊愈,那么在身体扭动情况下抬膝盖会不舒服,游完会酸疼;
我自己滑雪就轻度撕裂过。前面的ligament撕裂的影响我忘记了,得放狗。如果是
tendon撕裂尚未痊愈,很快肌腱连接的肌肉就会感到非常疲劳,这个是听朋友说的,无
亲身体会。如果是meniscus,不碍事,听跟我学游泳的练滑冰朋友说的。

请教一下老刀,对我的膝盖伤给点建议。我两个月前滑snowboard膝盖扭伤,伤在左膝盖内侧,之后还开车一个
小时回家,一下车就发现膝盖剧痛,很难伸直。后在家休息了两天,一个礼拜后走路多
了膝盖会痛,一瘸一瘸,伸曲会痛,只好去看家庭医生,然后做了MRI,发现:High
signal around th media collateral ligament. Partial tear of the medial
collateral ligament is suspected.
The lateral collateral ligament is within normal limits. Quadricept tendon
is within normal limits. Questionable sprain of the patellar tendon at the
attachment at the tibial tubercle. High T2 signal may be bone marrow edema

This term(Charley Horse) for a cramp or pulled muscle in the leg is
originally a baseball term, or at least it first gained widespread use in
baseball jargon. The reference is a mystery. No one knows who Charley was or

关节酸是joint ligament tear and cartilage wear?
as the saying epxress: "no pain no gain" .. hope the pain is not serious...
*slight muscle strain, rest and can recover within 3 days.
Allow 10 days to three weeks for mild strains, and six to eight weeks for more severe strains.
*rest 3 days, soreness at tendon/ligament location, could be tendon or ligament micro tear, need rest 4 weeks and more
*chronic soreness, can be cartilage wear, common in running and jumping, not common from weight lifting

现在总算没有痛处 或痛处 快好了
我的体会是 力量训练真的需要很多知识和经验 (运动生理)
避免受伤 避免做动作不舒服的感觉, 从强度和技术两个角度
CONSISTENT BIG STRENGTH/HIGH PERFORMANCE 都是多年训练的结果, NOT SEVERAL
MONTH。。。
warrenwang 从小就对力量训练感兴趣了...

短期的肌肉酸痛是因为乳酸堆积, 乳酸堆积是造成fatigue和muscle failure 的主要原因。 因为肌纤维在酸性环境下,收缩能力变低。但乳酸在八小时内就会被机体清除,所以事后酸痛并不是乳酸堆积引起。
大重量运动,会造成肌纤维轻微撕裂。大量的白细胞, 前列腺素和养分流到撕裂处试
图修复,造成修复性的肿胀和发炎,这才是酸痛的主要原因。
并没有证据证明酸痛后肌肉就会增长,但很可能是。因为肌肉只有在肌纤维撕裂后才能
生长。但work to failure 造成的酸痛对力量的增长并没有好处,因为你需要太长的时
间修复。而且起feed back 保护作用的golgi tendon 是有记忆的,你failure后golgi
tendon记住这个重量,下次就会把阈值调低,使你的中枢神经过早的发出放弃

my guess is it depends on the composition of the meat. you have too much
lean then you can only make stew
because it would be too dry without soaking in water, which is the 3.99/lb.
for steak, the ratio between fat and lean is important. with the correct
proportion, which I think depends on the body part of the cattle, and
correct cooking method, the steak should dissolve in your mouth. I observed
