不管如何，比赛就是经历，不管是PB or PW .hehe
另外，发现。很多时候。奇迹并不发生:)
本来就状态不是最好,虽然在最后一个long run(3 wks before race)还感觉非常好
(peak too early?)
那个long run有点太长。而且没有足够休息。
可能是造成Achilles Tendon问题的主要原因。
后来发现Achilles Tendon问题。严肃对待。跑的很少。(我觉得这个决定是对的)
希望3个星期几乎不跑然后PR的奇迹可以发生。
但是也直接影响比赛的shape
教训一: 三个星期完全不跑然后状态齐好的奇迹 不发生
后来一些小问题。包括牙疼影响睡眠，包括小感冒，但是问题都不大。
教训二: 一些小问题并不显著影响比赛
最后，放弃星期六进城expo, 找到car pool.
但是目标还是放到很低 |

跟腱是连接肌肉和骨头的脚筋，一但断裂就无法再控制那只脚，完全无法受力（只是撕
裂的话还可以撑一下）。
筋断裂的话是无法自己长好的，要用钉子钉回去（到骨头上）固定好， 然后让它慢慢
长，还要做物理治疗。
很多激烈运动项目都会造成筋的断裂，特别是突然发力的时候。就拿羽毛球来说，膝盖
ACL和跟腱断裂很常见，也不用是专业运动员，一般俱乐部比赛都是有发生。网上就有
马来西亚黄琮汉比赛中跟腱断裂的录像。
马上断裂之后不会“痛得打滚”，我亲眼看到的就有两次了。 |

side, in that case the A/C fan won't help to cool down the radiator.
For most cars radiator and condenser are in tendon, in that case you might
be able to pull off with a non-functional radiator fan. |

度的规定跟1-story还是2-story以及建材有关。这个不用叹气，用什么foundation跟气
候地质都有关系，南方州偏用slab foundation，虽然豪宅倾向于用crawl space的。
slab on grade foundation从二战结束开始盛行的，你那疙瘩跟我这里基本用的都是
post-tensioned slab on grade，这种变种本意就是为了节省水泥。本来就是tract
home，怎么能跟customerized home相比，加地下室都要加钱的，我看我们那边地势落
差大的也就修成实体了，也没搞一个walk out basement。 |

地基啥样的，我到签了合同开始修才开始看这个。看了一下三大主流地基，slab是最
cheap的，心都碎了。。。都说德州房子便宜，那不是废话嘛，地又不值钱，房子最花
钱的地基又是最便宜的。。。 |
