，只好回家在跑步机上补。7 Mile easy run@pace 9 (30min 6-6.5mph; 30min 7mph),

1/5 周二：跑步机上interval 6x (9mph 3'20"/5mph 2'30") ，WarmUp/CoolDown 3.7
Miles/40Min。incline 1，共6.7 Mile，inerval 心率173-177，正好在目标interval
心率下限（176-190）
1/14周四：头一次室外Tempo（路线也是头一次），头一次在Sub 40F气温下跑步。特意
换上长袖长裤，跑到人小区里，跟进迷宫一样乱窜，好在任何出口的大路都认识。前2
迈热身都是8:30，快了1分钟，以前跑步机上5迈的tempo由于时间关系，只能改成3迈，
pace控制不错，每一迈都是8:00，比跑步机上7.7mph略慢，原来想象中路跑比跑步机慢
很多，现在看来控制的不错，tempo部分平均心率176，达到目标tempo心率上限（168-
176）。加上WarmU |

是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。

should be fine just with your passport. I also heard in the future the 户口/
resident ID is not related to citizenship neither. that means even
foreigners can have resident ID if he will stay in China for a long time.
Thus I conclude you can do lots of things just with your passport.
But you won't be able to do many things strongly related to your residency.
