很慢。老想看看骑车马拉松的距离怎么样,一边看韩剧,一边慢慢骑,差不
多两个小时,没觉得累。

先是45,65,95磅各做一组热身,然后全面增加重量,居然都顺利完成了,最

看来我遇到瓶颈了,为了能推重一点,决定还是尽量用115磅的,即使不能
做一组5次,4次也好。
又做了一次2000米划船机测试,注意多用身体和蹬腿,9:29,终于进了
9:30以下。

和一帮朋友上山玩,几家人住一个大房子。其他朋友在旁边打牌我和弟媳一

要带女儿去三个不同的地方,算来算去只有70分钟可以跑步,想想就跑快一点
好了。最后最快心跳居然到了170。看来还是没有完全恢复,要不就是退步了。

rippetoe说,如果press和BP都做了,就不需要做incline BP了。
所以,做press吧,就不需要纠结于角度了。
On the other hand, the incline can be a useful bench press variation.
It should be said that if you are doing both bench presses and presses,
everything that the incline press accomplishes is redundant;
there is no aspect of shoulder and chest work that these two exercises do not more than adequately cover. ' U p p e r pecs" are quite thoroughly involved in the press ...

很高INCLINE应该是保护膝盖的啊! MM啊,为啥很高INCLINE会伤膝盖?
是不是QUARD很差?去练LUNGE之类的QUARD运动吧。
这就是为啥女生也要练力量。力量跟不上,身体太容易受伤了。

我不用很高的step,但是跳多了会觉得脚腕不舒服
膝盖到还好,最伤我膝盖的是跑步机很高的incline走路

呵呵,这点跑版早就达成共识了,我也发了换算的连接,楼主不相信我也没有办法:
track上跑主要是风阻会大些。
一般模拟路跑的话,要在跑步机上加点坡度.

晚上锻炼快走40分钟,cooling down 5分钟 (15的incline,4.4-4.6mph,总共
走3.3麦),平均心跳140,最大心跳147,消耗807卡路里;之后做了3组腹部力量练习,
每组30下,160lb
8/24 早晨重 178.6 lb
晚上锻炼快走40分钟,cooling down 5分钟 (15的incline,4.4-4.6mph,总共
走3.29麦),平均心跳141,最大心跳169(估计是故障,有段时间测不到心跳,然后忽
然跳到169),消耗819卡路里
8/25 早晨重 178.6 lb
身体不适,今天休息了一天。
8/26 早晨重 178.4 lb
打乒乓球3个小时,中间休息了15分钟。应该有800卡。

这几天看了飞版和肥版的很多荔枝贴,在有娃之前我也决定荔枝了。想想从小到大还没
有一件事是从头做到尾的,就定这么个目标吧。乱减肥了很多年,终于说服自己既然走
不了纤细路线那咱就走健美路线吧,体质练低点穿衣服应该也不差吧。订了个Bianchi
Impulso Dama 105,那么好看的race bike,我肿么也得练的有点型才能穿紧身裤上大
街不是?我看那街上骑racing bike的都跟体操运动员似的。于是我开始荔枝了。我开
始严格用myfitnesspal记录每天的食量,每天摄入量定在1200cal,我身高164,开始荔
枝体重127磅,目标体重110磅,不知道哪里测体脂,不然其实想订个减体脂的目标的。

今天又到了tempo或者interval时间,鉴于脚踝和膝盖有些隐痛,就在跑步机上跑一个
tempo吧。
热身1 mile,先走一圈,然后5mph跑一圈,6和7分别跑一圈。停机,喝水,重新开始。
incline设成1.5,速度是9,今天的目标是按照这个速度先跑完5K,然后能跑多少跑多
少。
5K挺轻松的完成了。在跑到4 miles的时候,我的“墙”又来了,那个时候必须得做点
什么,我选择把incline降为1,然后注
意力集中到高抬腿和用力后蹬上,自己鼓励自己,再多跑一圈就好。这么大约撑了2、3
圈的样子,又开始比较顺溜了。一
直跑到10K。最后两圈加了点速,把最初启动的那点时间补了回来,最后结果41'34'‘
,平均速度9,平均incline 1.3。
周日跑完10M后,信心大增。long run(对个人而言)不仅仅增强你的耐力,更增加你
的信心。已经报名了11月1日的半马,希望自己的第一次半马能够顺利完成。

Due to rain and schedule conflict I had to resort to treadmill
to fulfill the challenge this afternoon. I thought about running
in the rain, but chickened out in the last minute.
How I did it:
Run 2.4 mi at pace 10 and 0.5 incline then bathroom break.
Switched treadmill run 6 mi @ 8:34 pace w/ 0.5 incline.
Switched treadmill run 4.7 mi @ 8:34 pace w/ 0.0 incline
First time did 13.1 mi on treadmill, doable, but not recommended.

My typical treadmill hill workout:
easy: 1 hour, 2-6% random incline, 7.5mph
quality: 1 hour, 2-8% random incline, 8mph,
or 1 hour, 15% incline, 5-5.2mph.
occasionally, I do something like 2 x 10-15 min, 10-12%, 6.5-7mph, in the
midst of a one hour run.

Incline is really a good idea for treadmill. Otherwise it is not easy to
maintain that slight forward lean on treadmill with 0 incline. You can do
that on the road though, use forward momentum to compensate for the gravity
effect. I think that forward lean is very important to keep the forefoot
landing posture.
A colleague of mine also suggested adding just a little incline whenever you
run on treadmill. He said even 0.5% is enough. Otherwise you’ll feel

我老人家跑了2012的芝马,也是首马,觉得很爽,现在计划参加2013的芝马。我老人家
的计划是冲击BQ,各位大侠来指正指正俺的训练计划。
俺的现状是这样的:
1. 2009 年开始长跑。
2. 2012芝麻4:28
3. 训练基本上是在跑步机上进行
4. 现在是每周一至五早上跑4迈,周六跑6迈。
5. Pace是7:30, incline是2
俺的训练计划也很简单,要点如下
1. 保持Pace 7:30, incline 2
2. 周一至五早上跑4迈,周六跑长跑。以每个月增加2迈的速度增加周六的长跑,直
到明年五月,长跑到16迈
3. 五月后改为,星期一休息,星期二4迈,星期三8迈,星期四游泳,星期五4迈,
星期六长跑,星期天游泳。
4. 以后以每个月增加2迈的速度增加周六的长跑,直到22迈。
5. 周日运动后要负重深蹲作力量练习
6. 跑马前两周适应路跑以及taper
这个计划主要是针对上次跑马的不足来制定的。主要是incline和20-miler不够,这次
这两方面都补足。

今天天气好,趁着入冬前把家四周的灌木清理了一下
其实就是拿个电锯把小树都砍了
忙了一天,到五点多的时候天已经基本黑了
然后收工,发现自己竟然不怎么累
而且LD和娃还在午睡(睡得晚)
于是就飞奔到gym
因为本来也没准备跑的,所以站上treadmill的时候有点犹豫今天是怎么跑
然后就想试试其自带的程序,发现一个叫作Aerobic plus
其实就是一个变incline的跑坡
例如incline会按0-4-6-9-6-4-0这样变化,每个incline一分钟
一个cycle大概是20分钟左右
刚开始我设的速度还是6.5mph,跑了一个Cycle就吃不消了
后来就降到6mph,总共跑了一个小时多一点,跑了三个cycle
感觉累得不行,至少比跑7.5mph难点
我觉得每两周搞一次这种跑坡还是挺好的吧

明白了,原来你讲的hip angulation里的angle,是指femur和upper body两条线在hip
处的夹角。我理解的是大腿femur跟铅垂线的夹角。其实跟我理解的也差不多,因为我
理解这个的时候心里已经假定了上身的inclination几乎为0或者尽量的小。
那么也就是说:
Angle(ski, snow) = upper body inclination + hip angle + knee angle
我想我们共同的认识是upper body inclination应该minimize
而knee angulation肯定是有限的。
然后我重新表达一下我之前的意思:
比起滑groomer,mogul里不需要set很高的Angle(ski, snow)来carve出wide&round的
turn,等价的说就是减小turn/corridor的width(+steering, -carving), 减小hip
angle,这样的好处是absorb的range可以得到增加,enable你能走更aggressive的路线。

​​最近通信博士@奥卡姆剃刀 以通信专家的姿态对马斯克的Starlink进行
了一翻质疑,并且得到他的很多粉丝阵阵叫好。看了他的几个相关帖子,发现他不但没
有喷到点上,而且低级错误比比皆是,甚至于电磁波的基本概念都是错的。这么“内行
”的通信博士能得到新浪的热捧,怪也不怪。
先看他一个句句都错(正确的废话除外)的帖子。我把他的原话拷贝过来,逐个分析。
奥老师:[无线电波有一个特性,那就是频率越高,其波瓣就越窄,电波的指向性就越
强,也就更利于集中能量将信号传递到远方。]
上面这句话错到无从改起,证明了通信博士对电磁波的基本概念都没搞懂。
首先,无线电没有频率越高、指向性(方向性)越强的特性。电磁波束的方向性是由天
线决定,而不是由电磁波的频率决定。天线之所以能发射电磁波,是由天线内部的电子
振荡造成的,而电子振荡的方向决定了电磁波的发射方向。比如,常见的偶极天线,就
