首先很抱歉给大家带来的疑惑和不便，在此跟大家解释一下。
事情大致是这样的，汶川大地震时， 旧OSCCF的founder与国内的志愿者在救灾物资的
发放上面意见出现分歧。由于旧的OSCCF没有投票表决的制度， 其他人的意见不被
founder认可。 经过多次沟通无果， 旧的OSCCF的founder坚称要关闭海外中国儿童救
助基金会。其他希望可以继续为国内需要帮助的孩子们贡献一点自己的力量的志愿者只
好决定再注册一个non-profit的机构。由于当时相信旧的OSCCF会很快关闭， 同时也希
望大家不会对新的组织感到太陌生， 所以决定使用一个近似的名字， 并且依然使用 |

看了看那个公司”群击“里的几个主要founder的这两天的推特，还没看全看仔细，就
一大堆的大数据感想，真是都来不及说： 一点点说：
1）其中一个人提到了之前的另外一个报告和公司：曼迪特后来被1０亿收购，估计也是
他们的目标。一个bilion被另一个公司收购？我过去议论过那个公司当时的报告
，今天才看到1个billion的被收购， 于是我wiki上看了看那个公司介绍，再根据那个
wiki又看了看那两个founder的linkedin，我靠，两个都是米国空军情报官出身！ 华为
老总因为当过几年兵，华为被这些东西歇斯底里咬牙切齿仇恨到今天，还明晃晃直接侵
入他的个人邮件，可是那个曼迪特的两个创办人呢，米国空军请报官！那个公司根本就
是棱镜的幌子！
2）曼迪特的投资方VC是哪个公司大家知道吗？KPCB，就是那个故意多次安排阿三和华
女出差，系统性侵华裔女员工，然后又包庇阿三，开除华裔女员工的KPCB.
3）这个群击公司的两个创办人里有一个名字是典型东欧犹太人名字，在youtube上看了

not that many ideas are practical or can make business sense. So still,
ideas or plans that are full of business sense still make a lot of sense and
make a difference - to make or break the deal. So, people still fight for
that in court rooms and VC's conference lofts.

严格的说，如果老板提出思想，谁首先实现，贡献不少于一半的有效工作量，
并执笔成文，谁就是一作，这里好像小日本就是这样，所以他坚持自己一作是
有道理的。一般人对共同一作也没意见，但日本人很认死理。
一个比方，这个日本人是一个公司的founder,做了些较简单前期工作，基本
产品成型了，楼主后加入，做了较难的攻关，做了很多贡献，一起搞上市了，
然后说我也要做co-founder,分我一半股份，我想一般founder都不会答应。
当然差别在于，上市公司股份可是真金白银，不让是当然的。这一片文章，干系也
有，终归合作也很重要，所以当时一开始就要求一作才合作。 |

太高了，除非你是FOUNDER，而不仅是CO-FOUNDER。

发帖数: 2062 | 20 其实大公司里面也很自由，把本职任务做完了后的剩余时间可以随便自己折腾自己的
idea，公司也鼓励这种创新，funding和资源也肯定比学校里面强太多。只不过做出来
后专利不属于自己。
BTW，从学校里面拉个教授做co-founder的分量大概比不上从大公司里面拉个director/
VP做co-founder的分量。教授混到你说的这种水平大概跟在大公司里面混到director以
上水平差不多。你不能跟公司里的普通bench scientist比。
我觉得做学术的最大的优势是比较自由，如果有
funding的话，完全可以自己去develop一些比较实用的技术或体系，去尝试一些可以挣
钱的idea，然后申专利，然后或者开公司，或者跟公司合作做consultant，只是很多人
没有这个想法，就是一心做学术。在公司里就很难，因为不可能自由的去做东西，当然
公司的优势是做的久了会比较清楚公司系统的运作，不过这也要到一定的地位才可以。
至于说什么压根没人带你玩，你搞笑吗？生物技术的startup这么多，多数要么是学校

发帖数: 39120 | 36 在最近的一次演讲中，有人问我，哪些错误会导致创业失败。站在那里愣了几秒后，我意识到，这是一个很难回答的问题。它等于是在问：一个初创公司如何才能成功。如果你能避免所有导致失败的错误，那么你自然就会成功。这个问题太大了，很难在那样短的时间里回答清楚。
后来我又认识到，这个问题如果从另一个角度看，也许是有意义的。假如你有一个清单，列出了所有你不应该做的事情，那么只需要把这个清单取反，你就得到了一张成功的处方。而在实际应用中，这样的清单会更有价值。查觉你正在做不应该做的事情，总比一直记着你应该做的事情更容易些。
从某种意义上说，导致创业失败的错误只有一个：没人需要你做的东西。如果你在做的东西是用户需要的，那么你应该能够生存下去，其它的问题都无关紧要。但如果你在做的东西不符合用户的需求，那么你死定了，任何事都改变不了这个结局。所以，这个清单里列出的18个错误，实际上是导致初创公司不能满足用户所需的因子。几乎所有失败的原因，都可以归结到这里面来。

宏基出价7000万美元获权经营方正PC业务
网易科技讯 8月6日消息，方正集团高级副总裁、方正科技董事长方中华今天下午对网
易科技表示：“方正这次与宏基的合作中，方正PC未来的出货量将会计算在宏基的总出
货量中，这次双方的合作并不是买卖关系，可以看作是一种租赁许可的交易。”
本月4日，大陆第二大PC厂商方正和全球第二大PC厂商宏基共同宣布了PC业务的合作细
节。宏碁将在未来七年内向方正支付不超过7000万美元的权利金，以取得方正品牌使用

“维基解密”创始人朱利安-阿桑奇的支持者已指责美国情报部门是阿桑奇遭强奸
指控事件的幕后黑手。他们表示，在阿桑奇在网上公布驻阿美军77000件战争文件后，
他们就预计美国情报部门会对阿桑奇采取诽谤行动。
朱利安-阿桑奇8月21日晚成为阴谋论的主角。检察官在此之前撤消了以阿桑奇涉嫌
强奸和猥亵为由发出的逮捕令。斯德哥尔摩检察官办公室的一位发言人20日证实，已签
发了对阿桑奇的逮捕令，呼吁阿桑奇“联络警方以便就涉嫌的罪行进行对质。”瑞典《
快报》称，39岁的阿桑奇涉嫌两起罪行，一名斯德哥尔摩女子指控阿桑奇对其实施了猥
