的时候的To failure可能是体力上的failure而不是肌肉力量上的，而精神饱满体力充
沛时候的就是力量的failure，后者比较desirable吧，应该是锻炼得充分了。

发帖数: 1356 | 40 离上一次贴照片有一年半时间，是该向大家汇报一下情况了。一直来锻炼还算正常。去
年年底回国一个月，锻炼中断了，回来后立刻上量，结果肩膀和左腿有点轻微拉伤，之
后几周减量work through。其它时间都挺有规律。训练水平还是有提高的，体重182磅
了，比去年多了两磅。不想再增重了，在这个基础上挖掘潜力吧。照片上看不出有多大
变化。

做多个部位，主要动作遵循5×5的原则。跑步和力量分开，一次70分钟搞定。下面详细
写一下计划，我把最近两周用的重量也写出来，给大家做个参考。

年年底回国一个月，锻炼中断了，回来后立刻上量，结果肩膀和左腿有点轻微拉伤，之

use 5RM, if i remember correctly, super bull WarrenWang mostly advocate to
use 5/6RM. Can even try larger nRM, but do it in quick pace.
when your 5RM grows, you 1RM grows too.
one rep to failure is enough. I think we are aware of where the failure
point is and what your xRM is.
failure to get weight off normally mostly occurred when i challenge my 1-2RM

still in acute status, you should try 2-3 days of IV fluid, which will help
