年到03年S80、60标号那一代mileage高了就比较容易出问题了，常见的有O2 sensor
failure，catalytic converter failure，transmission failure，有时侯暖气管道或
者空调也会有问题等等，check engine的灯经常会亮，但有的时候不是sensor坏了，而
是油品不好，老volvo建议加shell或者chevron，再拉拉高速可能就好了。

，所以错过了上庭时间。联系法庭后，今天上庭面临2个罪名：

appear罪名，因为我觉得citation上的日期misleading，应该“court appearance 7

各州对defensive driving 的定义不全一样，对negligence定义也不相同。
failure to reduce speed 是不是IL专有，我证明不了。劳烦您证明吧。
交规的意义：台面上是最大化减少事故的发生，台面下是保障保险公司寡头们的利益
无论从哪点看，failure to reduce speed这个规则的存在是有合理性的。

My wife's brand new 2013 Honda CRV with just over 2000 miles had its power
assist steering fail yesterday, The steering was stiff and impossible to
steer and the yellow steering light on the dash came on. Luckily it happened
in a parking lot where she was driving below 5mph, We had the car towed to

从第一个元素出发，要跳出数组。跟leetcode的jump gameII差不多，区别在于
1. 这里要求跳出数组，leetcode是要求跳到最后一个元素

1）小孩的病史：
长期的肠胃消化疾病，多次出现腹泻。出现过elevated creatinine, 结果证明是因为
腹泻导致脱水引起的，之后补水之后creatinine 很快恢复正常了。
2）ER经历
最近一次血检发现elevated creatinine,小孩已经腹泻几天。父母送ER观察和复查已经
很快下降了
被ER医生判断为“稳定”之后出院回家休息。
3）与坏医生的经历
在接下来的普通门诊的follow up 竟然被另外一个医生判断为“肾衰竭”（kidney
failur），根据已有的
信息，最后的这个医生是否有不妥之处？最讽刺的是，这个医生给kidney failure一个
小时后的repeated test显示为creatinine是0.5，这样的creatinine 是kidney
failure？

诊断的英文是什么，如果是acute kidney injury那么是无可厚非的，如果是renal
failure那算是灰区了，renal failure并没有特别严格的定义，曾经这种情况确实可以
叫acute renal failure，但是现在概念有变化
不论盖什么帽子，诊断都是人为定义的。
医生怎么和家长说的？肾脏衰竭了小孩没救了？我觉得从你描述的故事看医生不太可能
会这样交代病情

主要发起组织80-20亚裔教育基金会向大家介绍了这篇文书的起草和递交的一些具体情
况：
“二月时，美国最高法院同意受理Fisher vs. University of Texas (德州大学) 关于
高校录取学生时把“族裔”作为考量之一这种做法是否违宪。事实上，因为亚裔家庭一
般很重视孩子的教育，所以亚裔孩子普遍比较优秀。于是许多名校一看考生是亚裔就人
为地增高了录取门槛。例如要入同一所名校，亚裔录取生的SAT要比西裔和非裔高三，
四百分。
“80-20基金会今年三月时组织了一个美籍亚裔的民调来考量亚裔是否支持法院来取消
这对亚裔实则有反向歧视的‘族裔优先’的高校录取政策。在一个月左右的时间，我们
争取到了五万签名。其中四万七千有效的美籍亚裔签名里，支持和反对高校取消“族裔
考量”录取政策的比例高达52.4比1。这个数据清清楚楚地表达了亚裔的民意。
