Total: 1300
Exercised : climbed 40 floors

好几天忙碌不休,今天坐下来整理前几天的饮食。周末有点没规律,长了两磅,今天早
上称118.5磅。今天要去跟trainer做肌肉的训练和有氧,希望可以重新回到117。十月
回国,真希望可以在回国前达到目标体重~
8/26 (Friday)
早餐:麦当劳ham+鸡蛋+cheese的English Muffin
上午:喝很多茶
中午:烤鸡腿drumstick两个
小胡萝卜5,6个
下午:小胡萝卜5,6个
晚餐:饼干2块
桃子一个

运动:基本没有
体重:118磅
8/27 (Saturday)
早餐合并中餐:一个自治三明治--全麦面包一片,西红柿3片,火鸡胸一片,Swiss
Cheese半片
晚餐:新鲜玉米2个,桃子一个,黄瓜半根。
运动:装修活干了8,9个小时。
8/28 (Sunday)
早餐合并中餐:去干装修活,买了很不健康的麦当劳的mucgriddle鸡块,吃了5,6块,
还有一个麦香鱼。
晚上整个社区停电,吃了两个昨天煮好的玉米。
运动:干活6个小时,12点才回家。饿死了,家里还是没有电。LD买了burger King,我

光吃肉真的不好吃! 平时我都吃两条chicken drumsticks加一小盘菜加半杯白葡萄酒,
昨天吃了一条半的腿就实在塞不进去了,腻死了!这还是加了调料香料organic的腿。
。。昨天买那条羊腿就是打算下周实践用的,大块吃肉,多爽!可是现在想想,光吃羊
肉岂不是更腻?想想就没胃口!
估计纯吃菜感觉还好点

爱吃肉就更容易了
买一盒鸡腿(drumsticks),去皮,洗干净。取一锅水,把鸡腿扔进去,烧开,水面上就
会看见很多浮沫,把鸡腿捞出来,用冷水冲干净,把汤倒掉,锅刷干净。再把鸡腿放进
去,加足水,放姜块和葱结,大火烧开后转小火焖两个小时,就是一锅很鲜美的鸡汤。
可以放在冰箱里随吃随取。
晚上回家,取两只腿和一些汤,加蘑菇西红柿豆腐,烧开以后加青菜,放盐和胡椒调味
,还可以加点葱末或香菜末,就是晚饭了。嫌鸡腿淡的话,也可以另外调点佐料,蘸着
吃。蘑菇青菜西红柿都可以加很多,热量低,汤可以做的干一点,这么一小锅吃了很有
满足感。

restaurants. So, many fried vegetables are pretty greasy, like the 油爆土豆
茄子 today. And the 炒芥兰 was in big pieces soaking in quite some oil too.
I'll try to eat more things boiled in water.
For meat there are more data online. I was surprised that they are low, for
example, a chicken drumstick has only 120cal, including meat and skin. I
think the 4 pieces of pork in curry I had today is about that amount of meat

也不要晚上吃。这些糖多的东西,都会引起血糖振荡和咦岛素分泌增加,让你很快就会
感到饥饿。
你可能觉得吃根香蕉没什么,我昨天才称了的,1根看起来也不大的香蕉就有145克,查
了一下myfitnesspal,就是150大卡的热量。你这两根香蕉的热量能顶上3个鸡蛋或者2

早餐:蜂蜜水一杯, Steel Cut Oats 3/8 cup, 1/2 salmon fillet, greek yogurt
snack:葡萄干
午餐:two skinless drumsticks, 水煮油菜, 1.5 cups soymilk
Snack:apple
运动前snack:中等大小的紫薯一个, soymilk 1.5 cups
运动后snack:红酒烤牛肉100g左右, 酸奶一杯,牛奶一杯
运动: P90X Core
今天本来想再上个gym里的UXF burn的课, 结果昨天晚上没睡好,体力不支,加上脚趾
甲疼啊脚趾甲疼, 奶奶的, 我家的基因咋就这么差呢。

午餐:鳕鱼豆腐茄子煲,一个鸭蛋大小的紫薯
Snack:one Apple,half orange
运动前snack:greek yogurt, whole wheat cereal
运动后snack:one homemade muffin(150cal), one cup 1% milk, one cup
pineapple
运动: rest.今天有点头晕,就休息了。估计昨天over train 了,昨天第一次练P90
Plyometrics ,跳得我晕头转向的。好久没吃muffin了,感觉还不太习惯了,虽然自己
做的,放了很少的糖,一半的wholewheat,还是觉得又甜又腻啊。
