喂commercial food就可以两眼一闭盲目相信就好了，象你说的他们应该是有经验？

我也觉得和stress有关。出去的话最好是夜里九点以后，家门口。

天热酷暑，开胃凉菜大行其道，以前想到醉鸡总以为得倒个一瓶酒去泡，像醉虾醉蟹那样，泡完后，剩下一大堆酒也就没用了，其实根本不用如此麻烦，现介绍邻居台湾大妈的私房小菜醉鸡法：
1. 买一只corn(ish) hen 或干脆就买纯鸡腿 （4 drumsticks).
凡事从小量开始尝试。
2. 用葱姜盐腌拌均匀，盖好保险膜，放冰箱里过一夜。
比如周五晚腌，周六早上就可拿出。
3. 放蒸锅里隔水蒸 20- 30 分钟到熟，可用牙签戳一下无血水为准。
放凉再切小块。
PS 蒸完后碗底的汤料另外用来煮sen 干毛豆，又是一道下酒好菜。
4. 最后一步：取一小汤碗，倒入半碗绍兴料酒（或其它米酒），
用筷子夹上一块块鸡块在酒里浸滚一下，存放于干净容器里，
最后剩下点酒一起倒进去，放冰箱置放 1-2 天就可开吃了。
师傅还说最好是花雕酒，用花椒盐也可以，但不要喧宾夺主，盖了酒的清香。
总之，简单得出乎意料之外，味道和餐馆里的不差上下。
我刀工不行，还得多练，先找一张饮食网图凑数吧。 |

一个drumstick 70cal cal from fat：35cal protein：10g
买的时候让别人多放breast进去。
普通的kfc炸鸡，breast大概要400cal， cal from fat：180cal
所以grilled要健康得多
