所以没法当小白鼠做实验
我记得costco有专门卖dietary fibers的,好像没啥热量,就是解决这个问题的
有试过吗
另外,我以前吃过一段时间alli,这东西配合高fat diet,也是解决bm的神物啊。。。

刚在loseweight版普及了最新研究成果,dietary cholesterol对blood cholesterol的
impact是moderate的而已。我还可以告诉你我自己的fact,我曾经控制fat的diet的时候
cholesterol测到过健康值的下限。注意,cholesterol是身体必须的,如果低于下限
就是不健康的.事实上美国很多严格执行low fat diet plan的妇女胆固醇缺乏
3.肾结石

我第二天还是吃了蔬菜的。不过因为万恶的sweet pepper,为了保证carbs不超量,只
有控制其他的蔬菜量了。
今天主吃lettuce,应该可以吃很多。嘿嘿。
对了,dietary fiber我吃metamucil,不过这个一个serving也有2g的net carbs,一天
3杯就是6g了。其他的蔬菜方面就要更加严格控制了。

我读的材料,和几个这里吃keto、atkins的人都说
他们本来cholesterol是超标的,吃了keto/aktins以后,尽管dietary cholesterol
依然比较多,但是相反体检cholesterol反而降到正常了
最简单的方法就是你试1~2个月keot/atkins,如果体重下降了(体重没降说明你哪里
有问题),去体检发现cholesterol也改善了,就没问题

喜欢吃巧克力,这一年多更是爱上了黑巧克力。曾经觉得德芙的黑巧克力不错,但是这

前一阵子一直看到有几个帖子讲因为锻炼、减肥,把胸减小了。
我自己这么多年来也是每年都在进行着这个毕生的事情,不过呢,即使一直锻炼的不少

期的生理变化确实会对能量消耗产生影响,但利用它来减肥?可没有听上去那么美好。
流言: 减肥也有“生理周期”!月经第14天左右热量消耗是平时的两倍,此时期消化
吸收功能不好,故可以吃高热量的东东也不会胖。月经结束后的一周是减肥超快期,在
这期间节食加运动特别效果更好。
真相: 月经是正常排卵的未孕女性例行的约会,在整个月经周期内女性体内的雌激素
和孕激素的水平都会有很大的变化。对于多数月经周期规则正常的女性来说,自月经第
1日至卵泡发育成熟(大约2周后)是卵泡期,体内孕激素水平仍保持低水平,但雌激素
水平逐渐升至最高,为排卵做好准备。排卵日大概在月经来潮的第14天。排卵日至下次

其实很多搞理论的科学家拿去堆肥对人类的贡献可能更大。
我是比较倾向于相信时间跨度长,调查人群多的统计研究的结论的。

我是长期潜水员,很少发言。但是实在看不下去这种不严谨的文章。我不一定觉得牛奶
有多好;但是这篇文章实在太谬论。
‘至因’(cause)是一个很强的结论,在医学里除非有直接病理方面的发现,就只有
双盲医疗试验(double blinded clinical trial)才能得出这种A导致B的结论。
在文章中描述的这种研究方法,只是长期的跟踪,有很多缺点:
1。12年之后,什么样的人还能被找到?(生存偏差,survival bias)
2。任何因素在人群中如果没有用双盲医疗试验做过,只能说是风险因素(risk factor
),而且不能说是“singled out” factor。
哈弗研究原文我没有找到,但是我很怀疑他们得出的是‘cause'的结论。

统计数据多,时间长不一定好,如果方法错了,结论就可能是荒谬的。
比如说,如果你跟踪几十年的车祸数据(数据不少吧),很可能发现女性穿裙子的时候
车祸数量高,那么你是不是就要让女的都不穿裙子呢?(其实只是夏日大家旅行的多,
所以车祸多)
我当年在的医学院也是名校,但是有些医学‘研究者’的水平也挺吓人的。所以不是名
校的文章就都能信的。更何况原文也没得出那么荒谬的结论,是news-medical乱说。
