我们有一次也收到过两百多的水费单子，比往常多多了。也是三个月，Consumption 了
27 吨。而我们的 Yearly Average 是 17。下一张单子来的时候，Consumption 就只
有 7 吨了，平均倒还是 17. |

我知道果糖是很难直接引起血糖值升高的，而水果中所含糖的种类基本上只有果糖，葡
