丰田给可能有问题的车的车主寄了一封信，给了extended warranty。如果你没收到信
，可能 1）你的车没问题；2）你把信当junk mail扔了。我差点扔掉，打开看纯属偶
然。
如果你觉得你的车耗油太多，去dealer那儿问一问，是否有extended warranty。丰田
信里强调这是extended warranty，不是re-call。我的理解，re-call是每辆车都修，
extended warranty只修有问题的车。
是否有问题不是车主说了算，要通过dealer的oil consumption test确定。具体做法是
，dealer给车换一次机油（这是收费的），然后seal机油箱。车开到1,200 mile的时候
回dealer那里检查机油消耗情况。Test期间自己不许加机油,不能检查机油。我的车耗
机油严重，加上odometer多数时间不工作，没等到1,200 mile机油警示灯就亮了，所以
提前结束了test。
我怀疑dealer在换机油的时候多加了油，因为我的车以往4个星期不加机油警示灯就亮

丰田在14年以前，都用的是矿物机油，要求3kmile一换
14年开始使用合成油以及混合油，才把更换机油里程从3000换成5000-10000
就因为这一换，丰田多了很多烧机油的投诉
你自己去查下丰田网站就知道了，13年及其以前的corolla和14年以后的manual都不一样
新的manual加了如下条目：

A certain amount of engine oil will be consumed while driving. In the
following
situations, oil consumption may increase, and engine oil may need to be

TEST不过，不给修， 结果今年过了WARRANTY了（第五年），还是烧得厉害，再次送去
DEALER，又做了一次OIL CONSUMPTION TEST，说可以给发动机免费加个RING。
结果在加RING的过程中，DEALER说取下发动机发现里面一个什么PUMP坏了，楼主不确定
是WATER还是OIL PUMP，请问还有别的PUMP吗？ 说如果这次不修，下次6个工时加材料
要1400，这次趁免费取发动机，只要600刀 （工加料），楼主想请问，要不要换这个
PUMP呀？
我带着娃，开着LOANER，还没去DEALER现场看情况，请大虾们帮我出出主意呀。。。
车盲出了WARRANTY以后真想把这车TRADE IN了。。。不想被无情的DEALER宰割

注意这个是continious power的数据
673: 机器总的Power Consumption 400W
95 watts, 8 ohm, 2 channels
Yamaha没敢说是continious power的, 估计是dynamic的数据, 这个差别很大.
LS那个616和A820的比较也类似.

I think it'll be worse than that. Consumption still accounts for 70% of
US economy, which is a model to fail and is failing right now. The only
way to truly recover is to replace their consumption-based economy with
a production-based one. During the transition, people will have to lose
their current unproductive jobs first. It is painful but has to happen.
US government has been fighting a foolish war against marketing force.
They don't want this short term pain b/c it hurts them in the coming |
