People need to have productive jobs to cure the economy. If they have
the jobs they could earn money off their production so there is no
need to print the money.
US has way more consumptive jobs than productive ones so they always
spend borrowed money instead of earned money to make a living.
The fix is therefore letting this consumptive economy die first so
they can rebuild a productive one. The longer they delay this change
with QEs the longer they get stuck here suffering. |

In summary we think that EB2IC will receive total 37K SOFAD of which ~31K

2007 for EB2IC. The best case scenario would be Aug 2007. Worst case would
be Sep 2006.

the whole world to 27% of annual quota.
This means it only limits the world consumption to 38k per quarter.
For example, if EB1+EB2 ROW+EB3+other can only use 20k in Q1, EB2 C&I can
use 18k in Q1.
Last year they only approved 24k in Q1. According to the law, he should have
used 14k on EB2 C&I in Q1 of FY 2011. But he didn't.
