发帖数: 5040 | 1 我本来是准备按照美国人的思路来DIY一个水下的灯的。但是突然回头一想：
为什么不直接用一个大功率的头灯戴在头上？或者一个矿工用的矿灯，电池组挂在腰上？
他们那种设计，把灯头放到水里，有什么好处呢？是角度的问题？
可是那些用船的人不是把灯都装在船头上么？
我觉得射点高一点，能照的范围还更大一些。
我在EBAY上面买了一个
4000Lm 3x CREE XM-L T6 LED Bicycle Bike HeadLight Headlamp Light
包括了4000流明的头灯，是三个CREE的灯；还有电池组，充电器，全部还不到50刀，比
美国佬一个普通的灯还便宜，更亮，也更轻便小巧。以后要装在船上也很容易，因为它
本来就是按自行车的前灯设
计的。

我早上一般不会一开始就练。也说不上特别严重，就是好的比较慢所以比较着急，但是
已经好了不少。
果然不可以superman！我第一天就感觉不太对，然后一直没有做superman。leg raise
，In&Out，bicycle之类的呢？我那天做Ab Ripper X里的bicycle也觉得不太对。
是不是应该用静态的core代替动态的？还是这个阶段干脆不做任何core练习？我在想要
不要用Yoga Belly来代替Ab Ripper X。。。
坐的姿势我基本已经比较注意了，办公室的椅子非常人体工学，在餐馆就尽量找booth

1. incline crunch 就是那个可以调节高度的bench, 我最开始从第一格开始练习， 现
在可以跳到最高， 大约和地面45角左右吧每组18个，一般三组到四组
2. regular crunch, 我躺在垫子上，腿抬起小腿跟大腿成90度角，20x 3
3. side bend 主要练习侧腹部，左腿搭在右腿上然后像做ｃｒｕｎｃｈ一样不过朝左
侧抬起，反之亦然
4. bicycle crunch 坐等自行车状,你可以google一下具体动作
5. rotary torso 是一个器械, 也是联系侧腹部的
我基本每天都练这些动作, 挺管用的, 最刺激腹部的就是bicycle crunch |

Try to arrange some walk to work or ride bicycles rather than taking the bus
or the taxi every workday. If it's too far for her to walk or ride bicycles
, just arrange a 30-minute fast walk and then use the bus for the rest
commute. Those should be enough.
Have some outdoor activities with kids rather than watching TV at home at
night or in the weekend.

I have a friend who was totally drunk due failed love story.
it took two of us almost an hour for about half kilometer distance.
the muscles were so soft and feel like dis-attached to bone.
almost couldn't to pull or push him.
put him on bicycle, one pushed bicycle and the another held him.
after several meters he fell down.
the feeling of pushing masters is similar,
you feel the hardness of inner bone and softness of muscles. |

上个星期结束了为期4个星期二的集体跑坡训练。从这个星期二开始，接下来的都是速
度训练。与跑坡训练一样，速度训练强度也是逐渐增加，从这个星期二第一次速度训练
4 X 400m + 4 X 200m + 2 X 100m逐渐增加到最终的10 X 800m。
这个星期二的第一次集体速度训练，有50多位蓝绿队队友参加，BD初中的田径场跑道显
得有些拥挤了。幸好大家的跑速不一，还是能拉开一些距离。因为我这个训练季节没有
比赛目标，因此，就随意轻松地跑了，主要是陪伴两位新队友训练。随着暑假结束、新
学期的开始，3位高中生中只有一位能坚持继续参加集体训练了，这位17岁女孩真是令
人敬佩。虽然我的年龄是她年龄的3倍，但她目前的跑速无论是短距离还是长距离，暂
时还赶不上我的速度。因此，我在星期二的速度训练时就陪她一起跑，适当时加速，促
进她加速。对此，她非常感谢，而我真心诚意地告诉她是教练应该做的。好像我现在逐
渐进入当“教练”的角色了：-）））。

you turn the bicycle not by turning the handle but shifting your weight.
and if your skis always run into each other, or your foot "stuck in the snow"
so that you have to lift your foot in order to turn it, lean forward. ok,

下面简单介绍一下情况,是拿采样和学校的合成器演奏然后缩混而成的,coin2.mp3是在家
拿Audigy声卡做的,所以此部分音质明显差些.bicycle.mp3是我的期末作业,如今听来不很
满意,主要是结构有点问题,而且旋律的地方过分甜了,第三首是流行歌曲(我的强项:P),歌
词不是我写的,其他全是Diy的,不听流行音乐的朋友可以掠过.
因为Electro-acoustic音乐的独特性,还请大家用比较好的放音设备听,因为旋律线条比较
