那样身材一般的硅公硅婆秘书医生什么的，还有俩泰国人模样的
抽条初中生。所以可以想象教练也不会教得非常严格。毕竟是
做生意嘛，不能把顾客逼走不是？不过就算不严格，我也累得不
不行。
先是热身，大概15到20分钟：
1. 跳绳
2. bicycle两分钟
3. 俯卧撑一分多钟
4. 左腿抬起，只用右腿做bicycle
5. 右腿抬起，只用左腿做bicycle
6. 到这里我的腹部已经僵硬酸痛，手肘已经很难碰到膝盖了，
而且最多十来下就需要放松，不然腹肌酸痛难当。
回到第二步。如此循环三到四次。
7.Launch Jump。就是垂直起跳，落到弓步姿势又起跳。
下午的时段同时开Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, 和泰拳，所以我们的
场地很小。大部分热身都和耐力有关。力量的训练留到circuit
training做。感觉腹部训练特别多。
热身完了以后是找一对手做组合拳练习。都是极其简单的动作，但
是我都做不好。关键是没有肌肉记忆。

不加油,不吃白饭,菜是用水煮的,鱼是用烤的,饭是brown rice或五谷杂粮,主要是大量

没有桥能过河, 于是他就用树木做了一个筏子, 过了河, 因为舍不得这个筏子, 他把
筏子又背在了背上继续走, 虽然路更平了, 但是他更累更慢了..
你们说这个筏子到地应该不应该舍呢?
初看这个故事, 还以为是在讲金刚经中的,"知我說法，如筏喻者；法尚可舍 "..觉的答
案是显然的..
然而这个故事在现实生活中可能又有新的含义. 如果我们理解两岸是不同的人生轨迹,
这个筏子是曾经陪伴或帮助过我们的人, 在我们人生路上有了新的道路的时候, 那些曾
经的人或物, 如果他们可能成为负担, 是不是应该舍弃?

作为标准的。你对英国人说bike是摩托车，自行车必须说bicycle人家会当你脑子有病。
美国把摩托车说成是bike，的确是很流行，但其实是美国俚语。因为美国一度曾经有过
机车疯狂时代。一方面地广人稀一方面油价低，当时美国人压根不记得还有自行车这个
东西，认为用人力而不是发动机去驱动一个交通工具简直就是不可思议的事情。
当时自行车在美国已经几乎绝迹了，于是机车爱好者们就把bike转让给了自己心爱的摩
托车，成为了摩托车的一个昵称。原本作为自行车正式称呼的bicycle则还保留给了自
行车。
不过这几年随着自行车又在美国逐渐流行起来，bike这个词又渐渐恢复给了自行车。比
如纽约的共享自行车就叫做citibike。google bike的话也主要是自行车的信息，最起
码我手机上是如此。

看起来 Deaths per billion journeys 飞机比开车、走路高3倍，但是每个人
开车、走路的次数可比坐飞机高了30倍不止
而看距离和旅行时间的统计：

坐飞机的时间肯定远低于开车走路，所以从时间看坐飞机一定是更安全的了
只有从距离来说，经常坐飞机而不开长途的，事故概率才会高一点 |

cyclists on any highway where they feel is not compatible to those
activities.
The following highways are prohibited to cyclists.
* I-68, I-70, I-81, I-83, I-95, I-97, I-195, I-270, I-370, I-395, I-495,
I-695, I-795, I-895, MD 10, MD 90, MD 100
The following highways are open to bicycles except for the segments as
listed below.

Every person riding a bicycle upon a [roadway] has all the rights and is

缘故），我发动车准备开到左向车道时，一自行车逆向从车头绕出相撞（现回忆可能他
原来在sidewalk,被我的车block所以逆行骑到自行车道上想绕过我的车头），当时马上
刹车，轻微碰撞，事发突然头次经历，事情不大，双方都没保留现场就把车开回油站。
对方看像墨西哥人，人没事，自行车也无大碍，但对方要赔$160. 我问朋友说不该给钱
，call policy和保险公司，对方说自己没保险马上上班，没时间等警察。相持了半个
小时左右，他把我的驾照，车牌，保险都拍下来，他好像没有ID卡，只把他地址姓名
话写下来给我，就很快骑走了，我后来吧车停回原来位置，把路况等拍下来。
如果他先打保险公司报告是否对我不利？我是否先该想保险公司报告? 谢谢！
