子血液红细胞里对于EDC中哪一个的抗原是阳性的了。
举个例子如果，孩子是E antigen positive的，然后母亲血液里有E antibody的话，那
么孩子就要出事了，这个本身是小概率事件，疏忽了也是正常的。
孩子身体里有E antigen的话，应该是来自父亲的基因的，那么母亲的怎么会有E
antibody的呢？这就是之前几个网友提到的可能性 （1）头胎孩子给混血混的 - 流产
的也有可能， （2）输血得到的。 |

maybe you are in the period of so-called window period where surface
antigen disappeared and surface antibody has yet to appear, it might
indicate recent hep b infection |

there isn't enough information provided so below is just my guess,
i guess “自身免疫性溶血性贫血” is autoimmune hemolytic anemia, don't know
if it was diagnosed as cold antibody or warm antibody,
looking at the second part of your description, seems as your friend is
being treated with ITP, which is often treated with steroid and if not
responsive then IVIG or even splenectomy,
with your friend's family history i think he or she would need a bone marrow
biopsy since sometimes you see autoimmune hemolytic |

First, as tsiaojian said, immunoglobulin is a protein and it is subject
to digestion in your gut. Immunoglobulin is indeed used clinically, but
they should be injected.
Second, you probably heard of swine flu, bird flu etc. Every species
are subject to a different set of microbe infections, and their antibody
will be quite different as well. With that in mind, what expectation
can you have for cow antibody for immune system?

surface antigen negative and surface antibody positive, they had hepatitis B
before and do not need vaccine any more. If they are surface antigen
negative and surface antibody negative, they can benefit from the vaccine to
protect them from future infections. Granted, they are at very low risk of
infection at this age, because hepatitis B generally transmit by body
fluids, ie sex, iv drug use, blood transfusion, etc. |

体哪个是哪个，忘了，你自己google一下。但是更重要的是看dsDNA antibody， sm
antibody，这个是诊断用的。 看是不是有lupus。
如果确诊有lupus，就不需要做肝穿。 治疗的原则都差不多
有自免溶贫的病史，增加了lupus的可能， 都是免疫系统出问题了/
一般来讲，免疫性肝炎在早期是b超是看不到变化的。
另外，如果最后的诊断只是免疫性肝炎，就说明没有找到明确的病因。 免疫性肝炎是
一个很宽泛的概念。 |

阴性的。不知道为啥你的医生现在要给你查这个hepatitis core antibody,一般来说这
个抗体至少说明你曾经感染过乙肝。不过从你hepatitis B surface antigen阴性来看
，而且你又打过疫苗，你很可能已经有保护性抗体hepatitis B surface antibody了，
所以你应该没事的，你的宝宝也没事。 |

But that's not true. Research has shown that that heating baby formula in a
microwave does not cause a significant loss of riboflavin or vitamin C. The
key is to WARM the formula, don't BOIL the formula. Boiling will likely
