这两天还是吃的比较随意的,特别是午饭晚饭都不是在家里吃的,不好控制;
今天中午hiking+picnic之后一堆食物我都没法吃,还好带了两个bar。。
导致晚饭时候有点饿,把一小份盐水鸭

中午吃了pho,上午游完泳,M想吃pho,就去了,不过我只吃了一筷子,喝了一小碗汤。

晚上除了计划的还吃了3oz steak and shrimp,特别想吃面包,权衡之下还是吃了肉。
没有hiking, 游泳了。

真是计划不如变化快,中午又business lunch.不过,我只吃了很少的炒面和海南鸡,应该不超过
400卡吧。没吃almonds.晚上把中午的halibut 和菜吃了,还吃了一片butter milk 的面包,
这个该打,又馋面包了。
做了1小时力量,没跑成步,晚上回来已经黑了,还在下雨。
今天表现打个6分吧,看看明天早上是不是长肉了。。。

(300 cal)
Snack: fat free greek yogurt (90 cal) and one Mango (110 cal)
Drink a lot of green tea and water a day as possible,
Dinner: Chinese green veggie, two pieces of salmon (no skin), and 1 cup of
almond milk.
(about 400 cal)
Estimate calories intake: 1,100.

菜汁可以丰富一点,用mint啊parsley啊lemon啊ginger啊调调味,就会好喝一点。晚上
可以喝稍微稠点的东西,比如杏仁奶。饿得不行的话,吃一个水果压压也可以的。我们
这里的男同事在cleansing的时候担心肌肉流失,还会加蛋白粉在里面喝。
这是我做过的cooler cleanse的6瓶饮料的配方,除了绿色那瓶(#1 & #3)以外都挺好喝
的,给mm做个参考。每两小时喝一瓶。

今天量的体重是119.8lb
早饭: 一杯加牛奶的咖啡,1/2份super fruit smoothie(70cal),8个almond(今天才看
nutrition chart, 这8个almond 竟然有200卡!!) ;
午饭: baby carrots和几个cherry.
下午茶: 一个苹果。
晚饭: 去了TGIF, 吃了一个半 chicken skewer, 1/4 pita bread, 8oz steak,
broccoli and green bean, 一杯long island ice tea。
今天绝对超标。晚饭之后shopping 了30 分钟(算是散步), 晚上回家做家务(主要是吸
地毯,然后洗地毯, 很累的!) 1个半小时。

这二天,都是中午去GYM.
所以,到了晚上九点就特困.
早早睡还有一个好处,
不会吃零食.

第11天:8/25

中餐:米饭小半碗,少油少盐炒青菜普通小碗一碗
晚餐:猪肉丝1/4碗,一小碗绿豆芽,小半碗茄子
水果:蓝莓5*4盎司,黄瓜二根
运动:
游泳二小时
仰卧:100个,抬腿:100个
总结:
今天体重只减了半磅...
不过,我还是很开心的.
特别是,在GYM里遇到了志同道合的姐妹.
第12天:8/26

106.6 前段时间一直有蛮厉害的constipation,导致小腹整个肿胀到非常难受的程度,
很硬,很大,很痛苦。昨晚身体不舒服,头痛就没锻炼,10点睡觉,睡前吃了点排便的
药。早上起来,呵呵,世界终于正常了。小腹也不胀了,也不鼓了,体重也掉了这么多
