Is that 3% buyer's closing cost (dont know what that is, but learn from here
it should be the cost from bank loan) usually paid by the seller ? I saw a
post here showing that cost is paid by the seller, but is that the regular
game rule ?

with the your agent to cover it.
Mortgage broker definitely can't cover 3% since it is way high than our
gross income.

cost。贷款银行或是loan broker绝对不会给你closing cost任何帮助的。我准备买的
是reo property所以卖方是银行，但不是我的贷款银行。 |
