Paragraph 1. Your company's background. List its history, size, awards, etc. or whatever shows that your company is well established.
Paragraph 2. Besides compass123, this company employs XX full time researchers who have some common duties: yyyyyy. The list of other employees is listed below:

Also in my denial notices, it says I have to show at least other three full
time research scientists before the time I was hired. Does it mean that if
you are the second research scientist in the company, you are not qualified
for EB1-B?
