Description， 与我两年前 在同一公司，同一职位上做的PERM的Minimum Requirement
/Job Duty不一样-------
H1B extension的Minimum Requirement是5 years+Bachelor,
PERM的Minimum Requirement是9 years+Bachelor。
当然了 Job Duty也有差别。
我查了一下 form-129,里面确有Job Duty一栏，但是没有Minimum Requirement一栏。
我担心， 将来USCIS会不会拿我的 H1B extension里的Minimum Requirement/Job Duty
跟 PERM做比较，来找我麻烦。

.223虽不是美军标准，和5.56NATO也有些差别，但不是不能用。Duty也不一定只是说军
方，警方也要算。而警察用.223弹的不少，比如.223的Federal LE Tactical TPU算是
duty use了。
NOT FOR DUTY USE不是针对.223的，我觉得子弹是不是覆铜钢弹壳或重装弹壳生产的低
成本练习子弹，这些子弹的原材料相对不如质量高价格也高的要好。这些子弹在初速一
致性上，火药火焰抑制能力，弹头性能上，装药和压力标准上可能达不到duty use的标
准，但普通练习应该没有问题。 |

1. 打广告用的job title跟现在自己真正的title不太一样，这个有没有问题？
2. 广告里的job duties和1年半前这个公司帮申请H1B时的job desciption一模一样,但
是job title跟H1B的job title又不一样，广告里是senir title,h1b是普通非senior（
都senior了，还跟h1b时的job description一样？？？PERM的审核会参考一两年前的
H1B申请内容吗？）

既然要享受公民的权利，就不要逃避义务
其次，不忍苛责你，
就连老美，提到jury duty,大家都毫不保留的讨论如何逃掉
可见此制度之畸形啊
要工作不是理由，因为每个人都要工作，
by law, 公司必须让你参加 jury duty
例外是，单亲父母，全职照顾小小孩,有可能被 dismissed
英文不好是很烂的理由
法官会问你在哪工作，一听你是硅工，就告诉你没问题
你的英文已超过 50%的bayarea 水平
专有名词，会有法庭的人版主你了解
另外，律师喜欢英文不好的人，这样容易被他们唬弄
你如果假装英文不好，被发现了，是重罪一条
其实要逃掉很简单，一般硅工，engineer, scientist
是律师最讨厌的，过于聪明（其实只是比50%的人聪明）

有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。
